For a delicious authentic breakfast in a truly local gem, look no further. My favorite is the ham and cheese Mallorca (sweet bread) and a café con leche. There is always a queue whenever we've been, but it goes quick and it's worth the wait....More

Grabbed a very quick, early breakfast of a couple pastries and cafe con leche before I headed out for my cruise. The place was fairly busy on a Saturday AM but my service was prompt and friendly. The toasted mallorca (with no ham, eggs or...More

Went there as it was right behind our hotel. It is a very popular breakfast place. Their Mallora sandwiches are nice. The prices are very reasonable and service is great.

Tried this one day, and although we preferred La Bombonera just down the street, their mallorcas and pastries were still very good and competitively priced. Not as nice in terms of atmosphere as La Bombonera either, but still very good.

This is an old restaurant/diner, with a lot of seats at the counter. Waiters in vests and bow ties and hats, quick service. Had a napoleon and a papaya shake, others had pressed sandwiches, all lots of fun, quick, and cheap. Very professional service.

We spend a lot of time in Old San Juan and we eat here frequently. I especially enjoy their Mallorca breakfast sandwiches. They come plain, with cheese, with ham, with a fried egg or any combination of the above. I usually order one with everything....More

This was a true gem in Old San Juan. We had the mallorca with ham and cheese. It was absolutely delicious! The service was fast and friendly, and the price on the mallorca was quite a deal ($3.50). This is a must-go-to breakfast spot for...More

This place is old school charming classic diner style. They have tons of things in the menu and diner style bar area as well. They have baked goods, but it's very average bakery type. Maybe the bake is a bit off or something in the...More

Reasonable prices. Good food. Can't imagine that there would be "local " prices.

Trip Advisor says 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 pm - I remember they are open early in the morning because we went early when our ship was in town.
