Hard working guys to reel you in. Chips and salsa was so so. Nice spot to stop and have a cold drink.

We visited this place because it's located on the street and it's very convenient to stop by and have some rest while walking around the Old San Juan. The cocktails are very good, especially their Mango Mojito and the prices for drinks are reasonable. The...More
BUT it's a decent stop for a quick bite and a couple of drinks. The other reviews I read put such a negative connotation on it. Seriously, what else would you expect from an establishment that's surrounded by shops like Guess, Tommy Hilfiger, the Sunglass...More
We stopped by this place when we saw Mexican mules on their happy hour menu. We sat at a table outside, and were promptly served chips and salsa along with our drinks. Quick stop, and we enjoyed our time there.
Stopped by this little spot while walking the streets on our cruise stop in San Juan. 2/5$ beer special. Had the guacamole and the pico de gallo, both were very fresh and delicious. Inviting space and a nice view of the street. Good service

Fiancée and I sought a place for drinks, tapas. Menu was overpriced even during 'happy hour'. Chips and salsa in most Mexican restaurants is a freebie while waiting for meal. Their chips were boring, salsa was diced jalapeños and when we asked for something milder,...More
Wow!! Chips and about 1/2 cup of guacamole was $10.95! I ordered shrimp fajita quesadilla with rice and beans. Again, there was only about 1/2 cup of rice and 1/2 cup of beans. The quesadilla was about 1/2 the size I was expecting for $17.95....More
El Parnaso is really close to a bunch of Old San Juan tourist attractions, but naturally is not particularly authentic or value-oriented food. I stopped because I was walking around for hours and craving Mexican, which is pretty much the situation I'd recommend eating here...More
Waited an hour for ice cold food that was obviously not made to order. When we asked for our rice that didn't arrive with our meals they told us they were out, apparently they weren't planning to tell us. The food was terrible, very dissapointing....More
