We came back yet again. We waited more than usual after our reservation time. We had a nice table. It took a while to get our drinks ordered as it was a busy time. We ordered a glass of wine and a watermelon mojito (yum). We ordered a Chicken Croqueta and an Orzo appetizer. We also ordered a Whole Snapper... More

What a fine dining experience! We knew we were going to have an amazing dinner based upon recommendations and then met locals who also appreciate the level of food quality and service. Get reservations! We had to get them a week out for a Saturday. Weeknights may be easier. Wine list expansive to say the least. Best rack of lamb!

We had a large party and service was good. Food was fantastic. Started with the Brussels sprout salad which was amazing. Several of our group had the sea bass which was fantastic. The pork shank and the lamb were great. Nutella sandwich and mud slide for dessert. Highly recommend this place but it might be a long meal. Make sure... More

My group of 8 friends went to dinner here. We made reservations in advance and was seated immediately. We ordered a variety of the appetizers. Favorite was the Goat Cheese and spinach quesadilla. I had the Shrimp in cream sauce with Mofonga. It typically has pork in the meal but they were able to make it without the pork (They... More

Another restaurant highly recommended by the hotel. Definitely a must when visiting! This is difficult to get a reservation, but worth waiting. Across the street is another stop for bar hopping.

We had a fabulous experience at Santaella, beginning with a few of their signature cocktails, the Barrelito Daiquiri and Around the World. So good. We devoured the Goat Cheese Quesadilla and our favorite appetizer was a daily special, Calamari Fritti - grilled calamari in a fabulous Asian sauce. We tried the Braised Pork Shank Lacon with a creamy potato salad.... More
