This is the perfect lunch to have after or during your day at the beach. The truck sits right as the entrance to many of Viequez' best beaches. I'm not much of a food truck guy but this one is worth it. The pork sandwich and chicken tacos were fantastic and passion fruit tea was delicious as well.

We had to make a special trip off the beach to make sure we were able to get to Sol Food while they were opened and still had food. It was totally worth it! The Bob Marley was sooooo good...and the brownie...wow! is it possible to have too much chocolate?

Our party of three stopped at Sol Food on our way to the beach. My wife and our friend had the pork carnitas tacos, made with double flour tortillas. They came two to an order, and were so large that one was plenty for lunch; we took the other ones home for another meal. I had the pulled pork sandwich... More

Every year we look forward to the Sol truck food for lunch during our beach time! The food is so amazing, and it is fairly priced and totally worth it. We wish that they were opened more days is our only complaint. You can't go wrong stopping here.

Stopped in after a great day at the beach. The beef empanadas were absolutely wonderful. The sauce on the side added another level of goodness. Also had a tasty and different ginger cucumber salad. Very tropical and light. Service was superb, what a delightful surprise.

Great sandwiches and cold drinks before the beach. As the bus location is just right before the wildlife reserve (you cannot buy anything inside), is a great stop to take your sandwiches and cold drinks (don't forget your cooler, they will provide you some ice).

These sandwiches were so good! I'd have been thrilled to find food like this anywhere, let alone served from an old blue truck on the side of the road in Vieques. They were only opened Fri-Sun when we were there. We had a pulled pork and a jerk chicken with pineapple chutney (Bob Marley)...great Caribbean BBQ food. Prices were really... More

This truck is located at the entrance to the wildlife reserve on the east side of the island. They finally put up a sign indicating that they were open Friday-Sunday beginning at 11. We had read about this place, but it was closed for the entire week we passed by on the way to the beach except for that fateful... More

Quantity and qualtiy of food exceeded expectations. They did run out of iced tea - after we had placed our order. Disappointing in that others who ordered after us got their tea. Lesson learned - don't wait for your tea to be delivered with the food
