This is our second visit to Gros Islet and we never miss going to Flavours. The lunch buffet is great, not an all-you-can-eat, rather tell the servers what you want. If you want everything, fine, but no seconds. That was never a problem for us! Had veggies lasagne and it was great, along with everything else. For dinner, we split... More

Great value and casual dining. Met some repeat customers from the USA, who were also enjoying repeat visits. Casual quality and really worth a visit

We went for dinner before the Friday Night street party. Really tasty dinner - the kids had the BBQ chicken and we had the garlic prawns - both delicious although seriously garlicky! Great sides of plantain, green banana salad, tasty rice - all plentiful and tasty. Friendly service and good drinks - would really recommend. It's casual and relaxed so... More

Our driver from the airport recommended this restaurant, so we thought we give it a go. The restaurant is painted in tropical colors and the majority of seating is on the porch. The daiquiris were tasty. Our waitress was very good and accommodating. One of our party had ribs. There were only four ribs on the plate, not very filling... More

Went on a weeknight about 8:00 pm with friends. We were staying in Rodney Bay and took a $10 taxi ride each way. We were greeted with a friendly smile and seated right away. The menu had a lot to offer. Orders taken fairly quickly. But we waited over an hour for our food. The food at best, was average.... More

We opted to eat here instead of taking our chances on the sanitary conditions of the street vendors during the weekly street part (Jump Up Party? Jump Off Party?). The place was far from fancy but the food was great and plentiful. Staff was very nice. The place was pretty busy and everyone appeared happy with the food and service.

This is the best spot in Gros Islet for several reasons. The service is friendly and food delicious. What else do you need (OK, a view would help but there is the atmosphere of this special local town).

Flavours was recommended to us as a good home base for jump up so made reservations for a party of 7. We were seated in the back of the restaurant by the restrooms. We waited an hour for our food and than had to get up and track down the waitress to get it. Fish was cold and dry, plaintain... More
