I have had many of the items on the menu, and each one has been excellent. Jacob really knows what he is doing. The food and bar service is great, too. Although it's not a Lebanese drink, this is the only place I've found in the Caribbean where I can get really good margaritas. I will return each time I'm... More

A lovely Lebanese bar/restaurant near the marina in Simpsons Bay. The food is freshly prepared & of a very high quality. The owner, Jacob & the rest of the staff, especially Ivan & Carter are welcoming & friendly. No visit to St Maarten is complete without at least a few nights at this lovely little gem. We hope to see... More

Great food, especially the lamb, not cheap but for a reasonable price. Our waiter Ivan made us feel like we were right at home. Also +1 for a choice between bottled water and filtered tap water. Something every restaurant should offer in a post-'plastic waste' era.

We found Byblos, a Lebanese restaurant quite by accident. We had actually gone to the marina in search of another eating place which was closed. While walking back we saw this interesting looking decor and decided to look inside and boy, are we happy that we did. I have to say this was our best dining experience of the week... More

The setting and decor is great. The staff is excellent. The food is wonderful. This is authentic and great place to relax and eat. A bit more upscale than some of the other Lebanese restaurant in St. Martin. Not touristy at all.

Food is EXCELLENT! Staff is so friendly that you feel like on a family reunion. (The good family reunion!!!!) It's a little hard to find but it is worth it!

My daughter and I are return visitors to St. Maarten and have our favorite places to go, and don't usually deviate from that list. I enjoy Mediterranean food but my daughter had never had any, but we wanted to try a new place. It was well worth it! The gentleman that greeted us was very pleasant and welcoming, the atmosphere... We've eaten at al pasha a few times over the years so thought we would give Byblos a try as the reviews are good. The restaurant itself is nice, comfy sofa seats and a pleasant outdoor patio area. Staff were attentive and service was quick We ordered a mixed starter of sausage pie, meat pie and kebbah all of which... More

Really enjoyable out of the way fave of mine. The Owner-Chef is caring, accommodating and his food is always freshly prepared! I come with visitors who always come back on their own! I always leave with a smile and the feeling I've had a great value in Lunch or dinner Experience!

Have to say that I have avoided Lebanese food for decades as a throwback from my student days in Manchester UK, eating greasy doner kebabs roadside after a night our on the town! So I came to Byblos with some trepidation. First off to say the ambiance of the restaurant is quite small but cozy, comfortable, and with an intimate... More
