We had our boat at the Nanny Cay marina and perforce ate at Peg Leg several times. We love eating out and if this restaurant had been just a tad better they would have seen us far more frequently. The food isn't stinking awful, it's just mediocre and unimaginative, and served at a snail's pace. The bar is better, but... More

Great place for a drink but the food is average and service a bit slow. Caribbean time really does apply here. Full of yachting types with loads of money.

I judge this as the most improved restaurant in Tortola. I really enjoyed my experience here. The refurb has done wonders for the feel of the place. The menu was not particularly extensive but it is a lovely setting with good service for the BVI. The food was a little disappointing but still good. I shouldn't complain but not great... More

We have dined here four times on various visits between December and February and have always enjoyed the food. The bar tenders are friendly but the waiting staff can be variable we had one excellent guy who made a real effort to give good service (and got a good tip in response), unlike the staff member who told us that... Friendly, attentive staff, located right on the beach and also next to a pool. The mahi mahi wrap is to die for although the chips were cold the last time we went. The taco salad is also delicious.

We were at the Nanny Cay hotel pool while waiting for our charter boat to be ready and grabbed a quick snack at the bar. The bartenders were friendly and my boys said the chicken fingers and fries were delicious. My husband got the fish sandwich which was made with grouper. He also said it was quite good. The service... More

Peg Leg has maintained a good standard and has good food , good service and a consistent high standard of food service. This restaurant inside Nanny Cay is our go to escape from the normal deplorable service on the Island.

The food here was very good but the service was not up to the same standard. We were lucky enough to book a table overlooking the beach on one side and the marina and hills beyond on the other. Lunchtime food is served from their Beach Bar and although the food is more middle range there, the service is more... More

We came in the middle of the day for a late lunch. I had the Mardi Gras Pasta. Very good. Our friends had hamburgers. One so raw it couldn't be eaten. My wife ordered a taco salad with out olives or onions. The server repeated it back to us and it was brought out late and with all the toppings. Once... More
