BananaKeet Cafe has been a reliable restaurant for nearly ten years that I have been visiting it. A nice selection of food (not the regular stuff you get everywhere else), good drinks and a view over Carrot and Apple Bay and St. Thomas.

My now husband and I booked a two week trip. Our first four days were here at Bananakeet/ Heritage Inn. It was clean, staff was wonderful, and they have a bar and restaurant that opens at 4. Had we known how wonderful this place was, we would have come back after our week sailing... instead we booked a villa---- we... More

The food and the view are always good at Bananakeet but they have still not fixed their POS system and the check still recommends a gratuity of 15-20% even though 15% service charge has already been added. This was reported in a review from August 2016 and the management responded: "It is certainly not our intent to give the perception... More

The views from this place are amazing, with views of all the neighboring islands. The restaurant/bar is really perched on a high part of the mountain. There is always a nice breeze and so no bugs. I had a West Indian Pork dish which was fantastic, and my wife had a steak frite dish w a green sauce. In both... More

We went up primarily to see the views and hoped the food would be as good as recommended by several locals. Both the view and the food were great. The Tuna Tartar was so good we returned the next night to have another for happy hour. All the dishes has a definite Caribbean flair. The pork tenderloin had very nice... More

This restaurant is way on top of a mountain. They are special because of their perfect view of the sunset. Great food. Go up early for drinks and happy hour specials before you have dinner. Tuna is perfect! The chef know what they are doing. Everything is cooked fresh to order and to perfection.

good service, nice people and an absolutely gorgeous view. What more could you want. Try the steaks or lamb. Drinks were pretty good too.

The view is amazing, especially at sunset. We ordered fish as usual for the islands - a nice snapper in a coconut sauce. Our friends had mussels (she thought were delicious) and a caesar salad (he thought was one of the best - and he dines out frequently). The lobster fritters were average. There was pleasant live music and the... More

I had Caribbean lobster, which was good but a little dry. My wife had ribeye that was a lot better than mine. Mosquitos bite after dark, but they do everywhere in BVI.
