The next best source for Trini Food. Small, clean and a taste of home for Trinis. The doubles are not bad, with the additional twist of shrimps or chicken. My preference is for the original unadulterated doubles - channa and bara. The salt fish pies are good, but the fish pies even better. You don't have to search for the... More

After nearly 3 years on the island, I finally made it to the Roti Shop! The only thing disappointing about the experience was that I waited so long to try it out! Service: A local, quaint restaurant with fast and friendly service is the best way to describe this establishment. If you've experienced Cayman restaurants before you know those things... More

This year we went back to Singh's Roti shop to see if anything had changed. It sure did! The lady who took our order was friendly and helpful, she explained some of the menu items and was enjoying her job. The chicken and beef rotis had more flavour and fillings then on our first trip, the wrappers are great. We... More

We went for lunch. Our order was taken very quickly. The other customers were office workers having their lunch or local folk. The Roti's are large and very filling. I loved my veggie one and my husband was beaten by the goat roti. Basic cafe style food. It's well worth the walk from the harbour. Would go again.

We love eating at Singh's and stop here right after we arrive in Cayman. My favorite is the vegetarian roti, but they are all tasty.

I was introduce to this strange restaurant many years ago. I would cross it but never think to go in. But the atmosphere was great. Customer service was fun and it's traditional food shack with its spices.

I just LOVE Rotis in the Caribbean! Singh's did not disappoint! The atmosphere is basic but the food is wonderful. They have a regular menu and specials daily.
