Had 2 visits to the Havana during my recent holiday and whilst the food was excellent, the staff were opposite ends of the spectrum on each occasion. One of our party has several food allergies, and on the first visit was treated very well in that she only had to explain what she could and couldn't eat only once and... More

It is hard to say which of Havana Cafe's many, many problems is Problem Zero, but surely the primary rule for any restaurant ought to be that it should respect its clientele by serving decent food in a professional fashion at an appropriate price. On this visit Havana Cafe failed to offer either good food or decent service. Asking guests... More

While the ambience is nice, the food is below average and very expensive. Jerk chicken I'm sure is not fresh and was very rubbery and dry. They cover it in a bland sauce to try and cover the dryness. Ick! The burger was ok...fries were not fresh or they were day old. Our bill was $88 us for jerk chicken,... More

Had dinner 1 night. Food was good and well presented, Staff is very friendly. However, it is extremely expensive, even comparing with European price levels. Not worth the cost.

We came for Dinner at Cafe Havana after going into town and failing to find a decent place to have a birthday dinner. Baccolet is not known for its restaurants, in fact, most restaurants and closed at night time so we were left with no choice but to go to Cafe Havana which is the restaurant of the hotel we... More

We went for a day trip and had to spend to night in Tobago. Upon arrival at our Hotel, the restaurant was closed. So we walk down to Cafe Havana. This was the best food we had for the whole week stay in Trinidad & Tobago. So in Tobago we had our first real dinner. Was very nice place, service... More

I visited this restaurant/bar on the Thursday before Republic Day 2016. Given that it was during the week, the place was completely dead. That didnt faze us though, and we proceeded to sit outside and have a round of drinks. The prices were not bad and the decor of the restaurant is quite nice actually. My issue was with the... More

• The restaurant staff was always friendly. • Lunch was okay. • They decorated my table for dinner and surprised me with a lit candle on my dessert while singing happy birthday. • Dinner was sublime. * Ceiling fans rather dusty.
