This place is amazing. It truly is fine dining in a laid back Caribbean atmosphere. There were five of us and every dish we had was perfect. The service was impeccable. Nobody even blinked when someone accidentally spilled a whole bottle of water. A clean...tablecloth and utensils were produced immediately with no fuss. We had the four course tasting menu (three courses for those with lobster) and the portions were very generous. Unless you are really hungry and/or have a large appetite, I would suggest planning ahead to take food home. We might have done this ourselves, except that it was our last night. Two of us had the lobster and another a steak. I personally had the lobster risotto and it was delicious. I also had the clam chowder which was outstanding and the mozarella with prosciutto. The desserts were special too and not too big. I'm not a big dessert eater, but the frozen key lime tartlet hit the spot. Oh, and the drinks were great too. One more thing which impressed us was the fact that they were very conscientious about gluten free serving. Get a reservation early and treat yourselves to dinner here...it's worth it.More

Excellent Choice for St John's! The Lime Inn was a perfect choice. We had the four-course menu with a wine pairing. The service was what really made the evening. Freshly caught Wahoo and Lobster Risotto!

Excellent! Don’t miss this restaurant when in Cruz Bay. The food is beyond delicious and unique. The service is very attentive, helpful and friendly. The decor is tasteful tropical, very island inspired. We loved our experience so much the first time we went, we booked...again before we left the restaurant! Be aware that the dinners are price-fixed at either $65 per person or $95 per person, not including drinks. It’s worth every penny! The only knock I have is that the staff is too anxious to remove your plate - almost to the point of whisking it away while you’re still chewing your last bite. My husband likes to hold onto his plate (in case I might want to share some of mine lol), and he was asked 4 times if they could remove his plate. So Lime Inn management, please ask your bus staff to slow down just a little. Still love you 💕More

The place has a nice ambience but if you're charging $160 for 2 people, you should at least clean the lobster before it's served.... It's the biggest pet peeve of mine when you pay top dollar for seafood and it comes with a side of...feces.... The bartender was a nice girl but talks to you non stop... Like a wind up toy. As we were leaving, I mentioned to what looked like the manager, that they should clean the seafood before it's prepared and he ignorantly says, "its just the vein." It is the digestive tract!!!!! And in a 1lb lostber it’s a turd the size of an earthworm... No Thanks!!! St John as a whole is insanely overpriced. Turks or Aruba anydayMore

Great evening at Lime Inn. Lobster was perfect, everything was spot on. The service was above and beyond. My gold charm bracelet slipped off my wrist and fell thru the crack in the wood decking. I was very panicked, 40 years of memories were on...that bracelet. The Ast server and the bartender jumped in immediately to assist. It got caught on the cross member the the deck was nailed to. They fashioned a wire, caught it and fished it out. I cannot tell you how much that meant to me. I’m forever a customer!More

We never miss this place when we visit the island. There are other places that seem more fancy but I’m not sure anywhere is better overall. We love the food, love the vibe, and we sat in the bar and Tommy took care of us....What a gem of a guy. Perfect amount of attention, knowledge of the food and the menu and just overall a wonderful shepherd for our evening. Thank you Tommy! The price point is good as well. We were not trouble by the tasting menu.More

We enjoyed Lime Inn. The food was good overall. The service was good as well. I think the tasting menu creates unnecessary inflexibility. It was a fun experience to do the tasting menu once, but I would only return in the future if the tasting...menu wasn't a requirement.More

As we celebrated our promotion and opening of our new office, Virgin Islands was the perfect place to go. Lime Inn had EXCELLENT food, friendly customer service and just a genuine and delightful atmosphere. We had Tommy as our server who was very knowledgeable about...all the food, drinks, etc. His recommendations were great recommendations except one - THE DAMN HOT SAUCE! CAUTION: If you’re not a hot sauce kinda person, don’t get that! That hot sauce literally came out of a lava pool! 🤣🤣🤣More
