Food was pretty good, but it is pretty expensive. We used it as a brunch so that we could skip lunch and just have two meals. It worked for us, but might not work for everyone

We dined at Mosaic twice during our 5 day stay at Atlantis. Once for Dinner and the next day for breakfast. Dinner first... This is perhaps the best buffet I have ever seen. The restaurant is beautifully elegant, with waterfall partitions and marble everywhere. From...More

During our 7 day stay we had breakfast here everyday and dinner here twice. Mosaic is a buffet dining experience and one that certainly gives the diner a lot of choice. Staff were friendly, and food was plentiful. I've read a lot of reviews saying...More

Second time around and it was still a nice place to visit. My boyfriend is a very picky eater so I needed variety and that is exactly what we got. I originally wanted to go get Sushi but he is not a fan and surprisingly...More

The food here is really good! The other buffets are not as good. If you're a meat person, the meat is overcooked at the other buffets. The difference in price is about $10 per person and definitely worth to pay a little more for this.

Beautiful decor and atmosphere! Buffet style restaurant for breakfast. They had a lot more than just the typical breakfast foods you would expect. Definitely get the fresh-squeezed orange juice! Servers were amazing and attentive!

Very institutional tasting. Had breakfast here twice on our package but we're not impressed at all. There were children running around and causing chaos! I have grandchildren and never complain but really?

Great breakfast buffet. They have everything on the buffet including made to order omelets, waffles, french toast, breakfast meats, toasts, fruit, pastries. An excellent selection of all.

Cant remember exactly but it was around $40-45 per adult for breakfast. Kids are cheaper. No lunch at Mosaic only breakfast and dinner.

A fresh concept in custom-made cuisine, this Mediterranean-influenced restaurant features action cooking stations to prepare dishes on demand, from fresh fish to churassco. Designed by Jeffrey Beers, the restaurant changes form day to evening utilizing light to play off the polished chrome, wenge wood and limestone.
