After Hurricane Matthew many restaurants closed. Unfortunately, this place depended so much on the cruise traffic and was unable to recover as cruises stopped coming for a couple of months due to damage in the port.

Nice place and very good sushi too. Nice and quiet restaurant. Very clean and a higher end place to enjoy.

Hidden gem, been going to Freeport for the last 6 years and only discovered it a couple of years ago. Great food, seafood, Italian or sushi. Lovely dessert, Key Lime pie, apple pie, awesome! Friendly staff and good service. Can't beat the view, deck over the sea and even sharks to watch if they are feeling sociable. Go there!

Stayed at an all inclusive resort but got sick of the food after having it for days. Read some reviews for Pier One and decided to give it a go. We had reservations for 7pm and got here a quarter before which gave us enough time to enjoy the sunset, which was breathtaking, and take pictures. Shark feeding was a... More

Ok the menu is a bit quirky - sushi and Italian aren't an obvious pairing - and some of the prices were a little eye watering. However; The atmosphere is great Watching the normal fish is nice Seeing the Bull Sharks gliding past is great The shark feeding incredible - we counted 9 fully grown Bull Sharks. Bit of a... More

We just got back from Freeport and while we stayed at an all-inclusive resort, we figured we had to get out for some sushi. My tripadvisor search led me to Pier One Restaurant and we were NOT disappointed one bit. The restaurant is nondescript, but that is where the ordinary ends with Pier One. The restaurant is located right on... More

The food here was ok, but very pricey. We enjoyed watching them feed the sharks. The drinks were good. Cab ride to get here was also very pricey. There was no other entertainment on site. We had to call a different cab to get back to the room. We were bored after about an hour. The lobster tail was inedible,... More
