Walked from Neath to the Dyffryn Arms for a Sunday Carvery. Walked through the lovely village of Bryncoch on the way back, hoping for a pit stop. It was not meant to be!

Yes it is closing and a Co-op replacing it. This landmark of the village gone forever.20 years ago when managed by John and June it was the place to have great food and a lovely village atmosphere. The football teams were supported by them and many get togethers held there. Now and fir many years, there is really no pub... More

Turn back the time to a year ago and we were coming to this pub & restaurant nearly every Sunday for lunch. The staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for you and the food was so nice it was worth the 12 mile car journey. On this particular visit we hadn't been in a few months as we... More

Can't say too much about this place other than it needs serious work. It's under temporary management and up for rent and it really shows. No food available. Only stayed for one drink and that was enough! Shame as it's in a good location. Just needs some TLC. it does have a pool table. That's about the best thing it... More

Over the years this pub has varied in standards and popularity. It has competition from the buzzy Bryncoch Inn, a new building, which has a Sizzler menu and is quite young and noisy, and from the Dyffryn which attracts an older clientele and has a more upmarket menu and is a traditional old inn. The Lamb doesn't know what market... More

Been meaning to come here for some time as many people has recommended, so we went this week to give it a try.....lovely little pub with ample car parking, plenty of seating area. It was quiet when we went with only handful of people eating...menu is no different to other pubs with gammon, fish, steak, chicken, burgers etc....reasonably priced. We... More

Went Here looking forward to a relaxing meal with my partner. First walked in the room smelt strongly of cigarette smoke. Considering we had been for food previously and it was good , new it was under new management so thought we would give it a try. The waitress was polite and the menu wasn't set out properly but thought... More

What can i say, once more what a brilliant experience. Seven of us visited for an evening meal and what a joy. The service was first class, quick and friendly. The food was very good as we expected, even the children were happy. It is a pity that David and Yvonne are moving on, they will be greatly missed. I am sure... More
