What an amazing place! The food was just something else... the best I had for a long time. Simple but just delicious! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The views are just stunning!! Definitely worth the visit and will be back!

Wonderful food! Beautifully cooked seafood! Helpful and friendly staff! Laid back location, but food is amazing! Cafe style seating, but clean and comfortable. Would love to go back there again! Even a pet deer sat in the field!

What a surprise! I went expecting a fish and chips place, and instead found a wonderful seafood restaurant with no white fish, no deep fryers. Just excellent dishes like crab rolls, and a wonderful plate of queen scallops on the half shell, with olive oil,...More

This is an interesting place to eat or have afternoon tea with a good selection of local sea food and home made cakes whilst sitting outside with views to the local castle and across the Kilbrannan Sound to the mountains of Arran.

Opening dates for 2016: 29th May - 30th September. Every day apart from Saturday! The Skipness Seafood Cabin is a seasonal, family run venue that prepares and sells locally sourced, fresh seafood dishes. It also provides a variety of homemade cakes and scones. The Cabin is set in the idyllic village of Skipness, which makes up for its removed, some may say isolated, location with beautiful scenery, easy walks, beaches, castles and stunning views of the Isle of Arran. The restaurant aims to provide an easy going relaxed atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable and leaves well fed and satisfied! We look forward to seeing you soon.
