Having just completed a 5 mile circular walk around historic Runnymede area, including the AirFotrce Memorial, we arrived in Wraysbury ready to set off on our 2nd walk taking in the opposite bank of the Thames, but really fancied a simple bowl of chips and...some water to set us on our way. Whilst waiting we were not only really impressed by the staff who were interested in what we were doing but the chips were amazingly tasty. We were so impressed that we returned at the end of the 2nd walk to have a full meal! The size of the gammon steak with two duck eggs was almost too much to eat, but really delicious and nicely presented. Good beers on tap tooMore

A perfect visit. Alex our server greeted us on arrival and was open and honest re a wait to order food. So much better than being just made to wait when we had already sat down. He was attentive, lovely friendly manner and good communicator...re covid protocols. Food - fish was fresh fresh fresh. Batter was just right thickness. I enjoy fish and chips once a year so it was a joy to enjoy a delicious one. Nice to have choice of hand cut or french fries too. Pub garden was neat, tidy, clean and a treat on a sunny day. It was a perfect lunch time visit. A def to go back for us.More

I have started going to this pub regularly as it really is a real pub which offers so much. I have eaten at the pub a number of times, enjoyed lots of local live music and it has so great regulars so you can wonder...in on your own and land up chatting all night. However the real reason I write this review is during covid it went the extra mile and helped isolated people by moving its quiz nights on line. Offering this free of charge service really helped keep people going. Pubs should be a part of the local community and this one really ticks that box too.More

We had a fabulous meal tonight. There isn’t a children’s menu but they do smaller versions of the menu and in my case listened to how my son likes his pasta and he said it was delicious. The chef came out to see us. It...was quiet tonight which was as shame - people are missing a treat!!More

Lovely welcoming staff, very clean and you can see the effort that has gone into making this pub a real treat to visit. Huge amount effort has been put in following C19 to keep customers and staff safe and yet retain the warm community hub...our village values so highly. We are lucky to have such a hidden gem in our lovely village.More

This pub is a gorgeous haven for locals, visitors and ramblers, it apparently has won awards for it's ranges of real Ales it offers. I've heard does an amazing Pie & Porter weekend along with other promotional events throughout the year. It has a picturesque...well kept beer garden in the shadow of an amazing Windmill, a great friendly pub in a lovely village.More

The first time I visited this Pub was to listen to the live music on a Sunday late afternoon . It was packed and buzzing , the music was fantastic. The Landlord, Landlady helped find us a seat and get a drink, and when I...asked if we where to late for dinner. We where too late but they managed to conjured up two roast dinners . I have now visited it many times and watched it grow and improve. This is what a local should be.More

Very friendly and welcoming traditional lub in the heart of Wraysbury, surrounded by Lakes, National Trust and River Thames nearby. Good pub grub, nice selection of beers and ciders and always a friendly chat on offer if you want it. Thumbs Up

Nick and Sarah go to absolute lengths to ensure that you have a warm and friendly welcome at The Percy - well loved by locals and visitors alike. They have wonderful food which they have continued to make during lockdown for those who want it!...A great atmosphere especially when they have live music events on - make sure you pop by!More
