This is a must see place if you visit Tijuana, nothing fancy, the Regulars are mostly Natives like me, although it is on the Zona Rio Area, it is not easy to see from the street, that is why you will not find many Tourists. Besides a good clamato (special recipe) you need to sample the mega hot dog which... More

Noisy, very crowded nights & weekends or on football/soccer game days. Their beer is good and the food is surprisingly good for a bar. Go when thirsty and hungry. Some plates are huge, ideal for sharing among friends. Parking is terrible, sometimes is best to park at a shopping center across the street.

This is one of the hangon places in the city, it is located about five minutes from the San Ysidro border in front of Centro Cultural Tijuana. It is not that big place but the environment, music and drinks all combined makes a great place to visit with your friends..also they sells souvenirs. The con is that you need to pay... More

This is a sports bar that has managed to remain one of TJ locals favorite places for decades! In the heart of "Zona Río", 5 minutes from the border. They play 80's music, the food is great... gotta try their amazing-huge-delicious-swiss sausage hot dog (it's called "mamut").

The Sotano Suizo (Swiss Basement) is a sports bar that is family friendly, although it's not located in the most family friendly zone. Enjoy great relaxed atmosphere and catch your favorite sport in one of the many TVs they have while enjoying a traditional swiss sausage or fondue or many of the local beers (or try the beer of the...
