Right on the beach. Nice menu with friendly service. Beware -- lots of vendors. Great to be able to watch the waves, have some food and drinks, and just relax.

Every time we go to Acapulco we go to El Morrito. The restaurant overlooks the beach. The food is great. I especially enjoy the 'campechana' which is a seafood cocktail served in a bowl. It has squid, shrimp and fish and is delicious! It is a delight to be sitting and eating on the terrace and overlooking the bay.

Great food there! About pricing, is a little below average in comparison with other beach restaurants, even other restaurants by the streets. You got your own space at the beach, they bring you the food, beverages (good variety), the ocean is some feet away and it is not so crowded!

Have been there a few times over the years. You have the choice between eating inside or on the beach. Food is very good with a usual menu for a seaside restaurant.

It is nice to have lunch there while baithing in the ocean. There is a big rock in the ocean right in front that is calles a Morro and it is quieter to swim that the rest of the oceanfront.

This restaurant had very friendly staff who also spoke English and the menu offered nice, simple, tasty seafood dishes. Being able to eat on the beach was a cool setting however it also leaves you prone to vendors harking their wares to you every 60 seconds, so that may be worth keeping in mind when deciding where to sit. Being... More

The food is always great here and you will either have mama or her son taking care of you. The fish is always very fresh and the view of the ocean is spectacular. You can also eat on the beach if you like being in the sand and closer to the ocean. A place you must eat at when you... More

Oct 15, 2014 .We arrived in Acapulco and we enjoyed our "First beach day at El Morrito". David welcomed us back and three of our friends were already sitting at our favorite palapa. The Beer is still ice cold, the fillet and vegtable soup was fantastic. Yum Yum!! Nothing has changed at this great beach restaurant.

El Morrito is a small beach resturant and Bar with consistently great food. 10 of us enjoy this casual beach. Pick any item on the menu as the food is great or just ask David for a recommendation. El Morrito has two menu's one American style cooking and one for Canadian style cooking. I enjoy the shrimp tacos but, the... More

This quaint little on the beach restaurant is amazingly affordable full of tasty treats. If you are a soup person, you will be delighted with the fresh and tasty vegetable soup. Thick with local grown veggies, this is a meal in itself. If you like fish, the fillets are gigantic and are done 4 different ways. Believe it or not... More
