The food is average at best for dinners, but breakfast is good. The servers are great; very attentive.

I am a regular at the breakfast buffet but haven't been to the Theme Nights yet. Plan to do so this visit, even though it is a bit pricey for a buffet.

The theme night dinners are very entertaining at Cordieliere. The bistro is also excellent. You can enjoy an after dinner drink at Kelly's bar (straight outfit of Casa Blanca) Highly recommended.

Love this outstanding gourmet restaurant! Very romantic environment. Service is immediate. Cocktail and wine menus are above average. Shrimp cocktail---out of this world! Quesadillas very tasty. All of the desserts are scrumptious! Recommended!

La Cordeliere at PuebloBonito Emerald Bay is a big restaurant with outdoor seating with views of the Pacific. Everything is served buffet style. Food themes change nightly. We ate here several times during a two-week stay at the resort. On International Night our main waiter was happy Carlos. He exuded charm. The variety of food selections make it easy for... More

we went there for dinner as part of our all inclusive package. Although we had three other choices, the food was so good, we ended up going there 6 out of our 7 nights. Every night there is a different theme with dozens of choices of entrees according to the theme. We found all of them delicious! The pumpkin and... More

We just returned to California after a week at PBEB. This resort is like a second home for us. Several times we ate breakfast here, as we have on many annual trips. While some things may change in Mazatlan, and PB especially, from year to year, this restaurant, in my opinion, remains the gold standard for customer service. The difference... More

We are owners at Emerald Bay and this year took our family (10 People) and did the all inclusive. I enjoyed the buffets, but we tried two dinners at this location. Both turned out poorly. We went to the steak & shrimp night and made reservations early. for our family of 10. When we arrived we were sat at a... More

Since Pueblo Bonita Emerald Bay is a bit far from other restaurants and hotels so eating at La Cordeleire for breakfasts, lunches and dinners is really convenient and the food is really delicious. You can eat outside on the terrace or inside if you wish. Try it...
