We've had breakfast here before, but this time enjoyed dinner, twice. Very good food and extremely good and friendly service. All at reasonable prices. Free wifi is also available, and a free after dinner drink is often provided.

This Pancho's across the street from Pueblo Bonito Mazatlan is the same as the Pancho's farther down the Golden Zone on the beach. This one is newer and very accessible. The interesting and diverse gift store with beautiful local artists' ware next door is also...More

The desk person at my hotel suggested Pancho's. That doesn't necessarily mean much in Mexico. Cabbies and others often get commissions for steering business to restaurants and bars. But this tip was spot on. I never went inside Pancho's, preferring to eat breakfast on the...More

Pancho's is a very popular place for breakfast. The Mexican omelet is recommended over the Spanish omelet. The fruit plate is very nice too. For dinner, the beef kabob was quite good. The Surf 'n Turf was OK as far as the "Surf" portion -...More

Immediately after entering---you are being entertained by a very energetic and friendly service staff! Ambiance is colorful and impressionable. Complimentary appetizers are instant----Margaritas the best!! The breaded yellow peppers stuffed with potato and corn was awesome. BUT the Ultimate enjoyment was the 7 piece Mariachi...More

Wonderful Mexican meals with lots of side extras, every plate was overflowing. We ate at both Pancho's during our time in Mazatlan. The restaurants had beautiful decor, tile wall hangings.

I'm not sure how close to the port, but pulmonia taxis are everywhere, and quite cheap. Just get the price agreed to before you hop in. Lots of shrimp on the menu, and they accept dollars, pesos, and credit cards. There is... More
