No menu and no prices but no problem. Bruce nd his wife Julia are so engaging and entertaining the evening flew by. The food, ostrich, tuna, and buffalo was superb. Julia's desserts were soooo tasty. YaYa,our hostess, was very charming and fixed some wonderful drinks. We will be there again next year.

The trio of Chef Bruce, wife Julia, and trusted hostess YaYa make visits to PV seem like home....except better! No menus or chalkboards...combine Bruce's creativity with local produce. A few questions about preferences and delights and Bruce's imagination creates a personalized delicacy. Last Saturday I heard words foreign to me..."how do you like your ostrich?" Now I know I like... More

Absolutely fabulous dinner! Chef Bruce and his lovely wife, Julia, prepared a meal that was truly out of this world! The chef prepares amazing dishes, one after another, while he shows you the secrets of his craft! By far the most unique dining experience in PV and perhaps anywhere. Every dish was a masterpiece and wines were paired beautifully. Desserts... More

Going to Bruce's home for a homemade 4 course meal is such a fun and unique experience in PV! We love coming every year and he/his staff are always so charming and accommodating. It's so fun to watch them cook your entire meal in his large kitchen and while it's legit inside his home, you feel like you are eating... More

Chef Bruce hosted a private dinner my husband and I along with 8 friends. He made a multi-course menu based on the availability of fresh products. He easily accommodated food allergies or preferences and easily satisfied everyone needs. His palate is outstanding the the combinations he created were each an explosion of flavour and texture for the mouth. I personally... More

This restaurant is owned by Bruce who also used to own Bruce's Back Alley Restaurant. Holding true to Bruce's tradition, the food is out of this world and typically plenty of it too. You certainly will not leave this place hungry.

Who goes to Mexico to eat Beef? Not me - in general - BUT the Hangar Steak, as Bruce suggested I try, was one of the top 3 steaks I've ever had at a restaurant!! Two thumbs up!! Serving staff was phenomenal! Bruce was extremely hospitable!! Give it a try - you won't be disappointed!!
