Great view, friendly service, great food. It is on the 3rd floor above Murphy's Irish Pub. Could be a family dinner or a romantic one.

This place is kinda hidden, it is on the 3rd floor of a building facing the ocean and right off the Malecon. The service was outstanding and food was beyond anything. Very fresh and flavorable. A MSU EAT AT

The best food in vallarta for a reasonable price! We walked into this place because it had a good view of the malecon. It turned out they had spectacular food too! We will be back for sure

Day 1 stumbled upon this little gem at the third floor of a building. Had a balcony which would allow us to people watch and get a glimpse of the sunset. AMAZING. They were out of what I really wanted so I opted for the 4 shrimp meal. Could not have been more please. The guacamole is some of the... More

We stopped for a drink and ordered chips and guacamole. It took a little while but it was so worth it. It was fresh made and served warm in a motor.

We have dined at Viejo Vallarta's several times over the last few years and always find the food to be tasty and prepared well. When approached by Thomas across the street on the malecon look at the menu, ask if there is a special, and at the very least simply go up for a drink and snack and look out... More

We were looking for a place to enjoy sunset overlooking the Malecon. Spotted this place above Murphy's Pub. Had a table right on the rail overlooking the bay. The shrimp quesadilla was very good as were the other dishes. Ice cold cervezas. An excellent place to watch sunset in PV. A mariachi band showed up to perform in the restaurant... More

Viejo Vallarta does it right... and, if Tomas stops you on the street, tell him you're ready for some good Mexican food, and ask if he's good for 2 for 1 margaritas. In a flash, you'll be three stories up having all that's great about Puerto Vallarta. The traditional margaritas are just that traditional. The"Arrachera" (skirt steak) is great, and... More

We ate here and were able to watch the Mardi Gras parade from the restaurant. We had seafood and it was very good and service was good also.
