We just stopped by on our walk. We just stopped by for drinks. We found the prices steep but who knows maybe the food was worth it. I know the location is beautiful. It sits right on the river. It has a few optional seating arrangements with a couple being right in the middle of the river which you have... More

We went with 4 other couples, 1 of the couples have been going there for 15 years and have watched the families grow up. The setting is on the bank of the river and tables on an island in the river. The service was superb as well as the food. We will definitely go back and recommend this hidden paradise... More

4 of us were attending a seminar at a nearby friend's and we went to dinner. We all could hear one another's conversation. 2 people vegetarian and they did fine. I had mixed brocheta and it was excellent. Service was fine.

This place is a short bus trip from downtown Puerto Vallarta (7.5 pesos so about 35 cents US). Cabs are also inexpensive. May be the most romantic restaurant you will find. Beautifully lit. The tables are up to a little creek. There is even a table across a little footbridge on an island by itself. This is where my nephew... More

Our servers were so attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious! One of the best meals I've had. Also discovered pinadas, which are fabulous if you want something tropical but without a bunch of alcohol. We were there with a party of about 20, and the services was amazing, despite our large group.

Take the short bus ride to PA but get off at the bridge just as you enter the village. Family owned restaurant with a gorgeous setting and good food. If you are lucky you can sit at one of the two tables on the island and have the river flowing all around you!

We went with some family friends for lunch. We split the shrimp fajitas which were excellent. You can sit right along the river which makes for a unique experience. It was also recommended that it's very neat at night. You can take a local bus for 7.5 pesos one way. Just take the Paso Ancho bus from downtown.

We had lunch at the Cuale Paradise and enjoyed it immensely. The food was absolutely delicious and the setting beside the river was beautiful! Highly recommend the 'Mr. Shrimp'.......one portion was big enough for 2 people to share. It's a little pricey, but worth the experience when visiting PV.

I go here often. It is a hidden gem not to be missed. Family owned and run. You always sit at rivers edge but when the season is right they drop a little bridge and you sit on a little island in the middle of the river ....DO NO MISS THIS RESTAURANT! MAKE IT AN ABSOLUTE IN YOUR VISIT TO... More

We returned this year for another meal at this romantic restaurant. We had a table for two on the island and enjoyed the sights and sounds of the river on both sides of us. The service as well as the food was excellent. My husband had the coconut shrimp and I had shrimp stuffed with cheese and pineapple and wrapped... More
