One of Calle Adilitas best. All these restaurants on this quaint little street are good. They serve seafood and BBQ.

Walked by Salvador's Calle Adelita location many times but never stopped. At the invitation of a local friend we finally went for dinner. Early at 6:30, we were the first diners. Ordered good margaritas (2x1). For dinner we had the Cocoanut Shrimp with a side of orange sauce (a winner), rice and small salad, the Tuna Steak, rice, small salad.... More

Salvador`s is one of a series of restaurants along the same row that seem to serve the same sort of food at the same sort of price. We ate here and at Nardo`s and enjoyed our meal at Salvador`s much better. I had a tuna steak, asked for very rare and got it. They put some sort of mushroom sauce... More

Had supper with friends here, and enjoyed the whole dining experience. The Coconut shrimp, were the highlite of the dishes we had, but the other dishes were prepared well, and very good also. Bacon wrapped shrimp were very tasty, but a bit over cooked. Chicken dish was good over a bed of pasta, and the Chili Releno was great. Service,... More

Salvador restaurant is located on Adelitas street. The chef and staff are very attentive and the meals arrived very quickly. They are keen to serve and for people to be happy. The coconut shrimp is to die for, tender and flaky with a lovely fruit based sauce, and the stuffed seafood fish was delicious as well. We could see that... More

We have been enjoying food at this little food stall for 8 years now and have never had a bad meal. He changes locale like all of them as rent here dictates location for the coming year. Staff are always welcoming and Salvador has always had some of the best original bacon wrapped stuffed prawns that others have tried to... More

You can't beat the price for 5 large grilled shrimp with garlic & butter. The entree included rice that was hot and a tasty salad. My husband had a very good margarita and I enjoyed a white wine. We'll be back to eat again on this vacation.

Salvador's is NOT closed, nor has it ever closed - except for maybe normal seasonal closures, like many of Zihua's restaurants. Salvador's has moved three times over the past few years, but always on Calle Adelita. He is now located where Chendo's was last season, on the western end of Adelita, near the small footbridge over the end of the... More
