We had cocktails here every night for the two weeks that we were in Zihuatanejo. Arturo the bartender attended to our every need. He always kept the drinks flowing and after two nights knew what we would order. Arturo "heavy hand" is personable, always remembers your name, shakes your hand every night, never pushes the cocktails and always keeps adding... More

Thoroughly enjoyed this spot! Stumbled upon it and had the most enjoyable evening! We sat at a table overlooking the water but what I loved was that you were near the people passing by....going about their business and own holiday! The food was very fresh and good...frozen margaritas hit the spot! We were there on a Sunday night and loved... More

My wife and I have eaten here twice and both times I had the pepper crusted tuna. Best anywhere in Zihuatanejo . Cannot wait to go back. My wife had the stuffed red snapper which was also a keeper.

My favorite place in Zihuatanejo. We took first tiers to the area here for dinner. They agreed as well. The service is number one. I have never had a bad meal here

We went here for dinner. Ordered one of the specials which was pasta with shrimps and scallops but there was barely any seafood. Maybe one baby scallop chopped up in to tiny pieces. I ordered the lasagna special which was good but salty. They allow a vendor in there selling his jewellery he apparently was to be reputable. NOT. He... More

We have great food and a lot of fun at Porto di Mare! The waiters are our friends. The service is great. Often terrific music and the food is excellent. My husband and I like Provençal Brochettes de Prawns. They have a wonderful steamed vegetable platter, great salads. For dessert the bartender makes us Muddy Pants - an ice cream... More

My husband and I had a great dinner. He had the Mahi Mahi and I had the grilled prawns. We also had the tortilla soup. Everything tasted wonderful. The presentation of everything was great as well. Super-friendly staff made us feel very welcome. Looking forward to going back again.

We have been here sever times this January. Each time the food and drinks were excellent. We ate the Mahi Mahi both times. It is the best we have had for a long time. It is fun to sit across from the fisherman's bay and watch the people go by and most of all enjoy the food. As always...watch your... More
