This is an odd little cove. Each restaurant seems to be buoys on its property lines and visitors stake out a seat or table, eat at that restuarant and swim only in the water directly in front of the restaurant you have chosen. That said, we were on a fishing charter boat that dropped us off for a few hours.... More

Great Beach and lunch. Coconut Shrimp was awesome. Tons of flavor. Highly recommend. Check out this Pina Colada.

This is our second time to Ottilia. Great food and the service was awesome! Both years we've had the same waiter, David and he's the best! When you first arrive on the beach you will be bombarded with offers. Goto almost the end of restaurant row and look for red umbrellas and poinsettias on the tables.

Great beach with great cheap food, massages 300 pesos compared to 1400 at resort, massage lasted a great hour. Franco accomodates greatly, just mention trip advisor sent ya. Anywho, back to my beer.

We have been coming to Otillia's for 20 years! The service is always amazing! We have had most everything on the menu and it's all delicious. The food is the best and Franco always makes us feel like family. The entire staff makes us feel welcome. You will not be disappointed.

Otilia's is incredibly fun, the food is great and the margaritas tasty. It really is fun to wander a few feet to the water and take a cooling plunge. We had lobster tacos, guacamole and chips. All great. When we were there I got a terrific massage on the beach. We had the BEST time. Plus, when we missed the... More

Spent an entire day on the beach enjoying the great service and hospitality of Franco. We enjoyed many ice cold beverages and the best coconut shrimp we have ever had. One of our party stepped on a sea urchin while snorkelling and Franco knew exactly how to treat it. I would recommend to anyone in the Zihuatanejo area to spend... More

Otilia's was by far our favorite beach restaurant on any of Zihua's beaches. It is at the quiet end of the beach, low key, well kempt and the food was delicious. We went back several times for both the Red Snapper (fried with garlic) and for David's great service. Other pluses: well spaced and comfy loungers, clean bathrooms, zero sales... More

Had the grilled whole red snapper and the shrimp cocktail. Was grilled perfectly and goes great with a Corona!! The best place to put your chair in the water and relax.

This restaurant is located on a small cove and can only be reached by water taxi from the pier. There are about 10 restaurants on this isolated cove. They have no actual address, no electricty, no telephone and all food/beverages are brought in by the water taxi's. Otilia's is mentioned many times under Things to Do on the Zihua Forum under "Las Gatas" and should be listed under Restaurants. This is a very popular place with great food and fantastic location. You can enjoy your meal with your feet in the sand and the very clear ocean water a few yards away. Snorkeling is also available from the white sand beach.
