This must be one of the world's most spectacularly mediocre restaurants. The first thing that strikes one is the noise. It is reminiscent of dining in a factory or sawmill , or maybe a football stadium. No problem with stupid conversation with your hosts as you won't hear a word. They offer many approaches to spoiling perfectly good fish including... More

Estoril has been around forever. This international/Mexican style restaurant is a guarantee. The fried parsley is NOT to be missed. The ahi tuna steak with green pepper sauce is also one of my favourites. If your are a foreigner go with the mexican-international fusion dishes. They are a sure bet. Wine selection is good but not great. Service is very... More

My cream of artichoke soup a very good starter. The entrecôte main course okay. Wife'appetizer of artichoke quite good, tuna main course also fine Excellent mango sorbet dessert. Average wine by the glass. Pleasant dining room with superfluous live music duo. Service attentive but too fast for my taste, almost pushing you out the door.

I normally go to this restaurant for Business lunch. This time I went with friends, it really amazed me how good the food was and the mexican wines were just perfect, the service as always is fantastic. My favorites: tacos de lengua (tongue tacos), fried parsley with grasshoppers and mole negro, although they have a very nice International food carte.... More

How nice to find a quiet place for dinner in Polanco and be treated to good Mexican food. The venue used to be a beautiful house and is now a beautiful restaurant. I love their tostadas especially the shrimp tostada with crunchy cilantro.

Fantastic restaurant for business and romance (mainly business people at lunch time 14h30). They try to sell you the "pata negra" as a starter, it's a bit a rip off. Try the "perejil" as a starter, you will thank me.

The place is well located in the Polanco area near the Hotels and the park. The menu is complete with Mexican an international options. Has been very popular for a long time. The service is very good. It is a perfect option for a business lunch.

Was taken to this restaurant by some local gourmets. Very good traditional Mexican dishes like ox tongue in a variety of sauces, grilled octopus, poached salmon, all cooked to your liking with the accompaniments or sauce of your choice. May be a bit pricey, but nice, homey ambiance and attentive service. Good selection of Mexican wines, but in spite of... More

The food is of good quality and presentation! The service very good and adequate. The place with a nice atmosphere which lends itself to have business meetings, meet up with friends and have good conversations (no loud environment). Perhaps I missed a spark in the ambience.
