The mariachis and all the music shows are great! Although having two mariachis battling it out in the same room gets old after a few minutes. The food was okay but it could be better, carne asada was raw. The service was bad, we had a large group and they were unable to keep our order right. They kept bring... More

My dinner was wonderful, I had soup then a main course of mole poblano and they were both delicious. I enjoyed he mariachis but also the other singing and dancing. My highlight was when the man came around with a bird who chose your fortune! We had a wonderful time.

My now husbands family took me to Arroyo in 1986, when he brought me from California, to meet his family. I loved it than and we had to take our 25 year old son who is a chef, when we were there recently. It was just as wonderful 30 years later, which is not too surprising since the restaurant has... The ambiance is very traditional Mexican, with huge, brightly decorated rooms and lots of music. It's a loud restaurant, so not ideal for meeting to talk a lot. It's way down in Tlalpan...far, but worth the drive. We were seated immediately, on a sunday during comida time. Tons of seating....literrally hundreds of people at once. The service was awful. Just... More

The food was good, nice music, the restaurant staff friendly. We came to visit the restaurant for lunch in a Sunday afternoon. Very busy, our Waiter asked for our drinks about 20 min after we were sitted. You need to ask for your food with time in advance, so if you are very hungry don't bother visiting. But the worst... We attended a pre game party at this restaurant. It is a very large restaurant with about 7 different banquet rooms. The food is tasty and fresh. Drinks were well prepared and strong. Overall, the staff did a great job attending to several hundred folks in attendance. I would definitely visit this place again

this place is huge. The food is good and plentiful. Mariachis abound and it feels very traditional. The Mole Poblano was the best dish that we tried -party of 50-.

Great spot for tourists or first-timers. Perfect blend of food, music, and fun. Open layout helps patrons enjoy the stage music/dancing from pretty much anywhere in the restaurant. My experience was with a large group featuring several prominent Mexican celebrities, so naturally the service was on point. Can't really speak for couples or family outings, but there wasn't much to... More

Barbacoa is delicious, the service was pretty bad. Prices are way high for what you receive, perhaps its now cattering to foreign tourism.

We enjoyed traditional Mexican food in this restaurant. The dimensions are really amazing and the food is really delicious! It was too bad that I was not able to get more of it. Definitely a recommendation!
