I’ve been now living in Mexico City for two years and felt hesitant about going to Maximo Bristot as I mistakenly thought that is was going to be another overrated restaurant in La Roma. The place was not only beautifully appointed but the food was...More

3 times I tried to have dinner there. I just received an insult instead of an excellent service. Seriously Eduardo: how can you such a jerk with customers? Those prices and still you can change ingredients just because your kitchen does not consider how much...More

Went for the for the tasting menu and would recommend going - although some of the dishes were a little safe and while technically great not that exciting. The flight of wines that came with the tasting menus was exquisite. Would go again. No doubt.

This place is wonderful, the servers are very attentive and always present but not hovering. My son had ribeye and I had pork chop, both were delicious and expertly prepared. The complimentary fish jaw and very tasty. Great diner spot.

This was our second visit to Maximo Bistrot and we enjoyed it again. Staff was very helpful as we had a last-minute addition of two friends making our group somewhat larger. They arranged tables so that we could all join for dinner without a problem....More

Food is so good. Really cooked well and tasty. Some excellent fish. Service a little sketchy but nothing one could quite pick on. Recommended. Would have been a five but for something not quite right in the serving.

The staff seemed to be afraid to speak in English. Served portions especially of the main course seemed on the smaller side. Served bread was burned. Skip this one not worth the value.

We were so happy with this choice! We made a reservation about 2 weeks in advance after seeing it on Ugly Delicious. Everything was incredible. We split the mozzarella pesto squash, braised pork rib ravioli, duck with sweet potato purée, and apple/chocolate chip ice cream/Carmel...More

I previously read and heard about the Maximo Bistrot in Colonia Roma, as innovating, delicious and great service. And after my visit I can confirm they lived through the expectations. Service is fast and corteous. But both the restaurant and the service makes you feel...More

Known for its constant cultural and gastronomic
developments, Roma, is a beautiful neighborhood that
was once the place for poets such as Kerouac and
Ginsberg to call home. Galleries, museums and even
private residences are on beautiful display when
walking through Colima street to do some necessary
shopping or when going to the classic Cine Tonalá to
enjoy a delicious dinner and a great film. Top notch
