This is authentic Mexican cuisine, at its best. We enjoyed the appetizers, the soup, the entrees, the desserts etc. We were a group of 8 and we tried several dishes: all were perfectly prepared, perfectly balanced, all homemade from local ingredients.

I had the watermelon tostada with the most perfectly spiced guacamole; a salad of herbs and lettuces and a toasted ear of baby corn; then... More

Staying in San Angel

Neighbourhood Profile
San Angel
San Ángel is known for its artistic vibe and elegant details displayed throughout its streets, antique residences and haciendas where famous actors like Consuelo Velázquez, Capulina and other prominent families used to live and that have now been turned into beautiful galleries, cafés and restaurants. An array of cultural and artistic activities are organized in the neighborhood, but it is on Saturdays when the San Jacinto Plaza and surroundings really shine as artists gather to exhibit a variety of arts and crafts, from paintings to clothing.
