Cozy atmosphere, diversity of dishes. Great approach for Japanese cuisine. Just the service a little pushing to finish. Besides that everything great.

A place with a high end fancy feel and a very robust menu. Choice were great. Service friendly. Prices - on the high side but befitting the establishment, especially considering it is in a high end hotel. Where things went a bit south, halfway through...More

Had been there three times but never had asked for the Omakase, the Chef's own selection of dishes. What an experience! Waiters were courteous and the ambiance was really comfortable. Highly recommendable.

I have been on two locations of Morimoto, and it is very interesting that Morimoto san has develped an Omakase for each location (based on two visits). The Mexico is really really good. The starter (duro Tartere) is a good combination of flavors to start...More

We enjoyed the ten course tasting menu. The selections were exquisite and their presentation was very creative. The service was excellent and the pacing of the meal was just right.

Beautifull place and good service. The rice was inconsistent and the taste of some fishes were no good like some vegetables...a little problem with my stomach during the night.

I went to Morimoto Mexico and it was mostly an amazing experience. I was a woman eating alone, and I think that was a little odd for the waitstaff, but the service was still excellent. I had the Kukuni piece (pork belly!) which was OMG...More

We went here for a business lunch. High quality sushi and good service. Portions were pretty small and prices were high (on the order of $3 a piece). No fresh toro even though it was on the menu but not a huge deal. Plenty of...More

The highest expression of Japanese cuisine, using ingredients with vibrant and exquisite presentation mulched by the famous Shoos Studio into the legendary Camino Real Polanco; Morimoto's design encompasses Mexico City lifestyle of the city in conjunction with the Japanese tradition. The main dome and a large window offer a perfect view of the sky. The wooden floor extends to the outside; the lamps represent elegance and fragility of Japanese ceramics. The furniture and walls of glass result in an atmosphere of comfort during the day and night.
