We stayed in a hotel near El Moro outlet on Av. Álvaro Obregón so we went there twice during our stay in CDMX. During our first visit we had churros (dusted with cinnamon sugar) and hot chocolate. They offer churros with different dip options: chocolate,...More

Had a decent experience here. One time only. Didn't feel the draw to return. Found the churros to be super filling. Couldn't finish my plate of 4, nor my cup of chocolate. Would recommend the cinnamon (canela) sugar coating. Just a personal preference for thinner...More

Not the best churros I ate and for sure not the best coco drink, After the first churro, already felt like I'm stuffing dry dough with sugar (which is basically what it is). The chocolate drink at leat had some cream to hide the fact...More

Nothing beats a classic - the churros and hot chocolate at El Moro are really fantastic. Sometimes it takes a little while to be seated, but once inside everything is served quickly and you'll be glad you waited.

Great place with an awesome classic cafe vibe! Feels like you are in Europe. It gets crowded so give yourself some time.

Do not miss spending 20 minutes at El Moro. It feels like going back in time, the churros are delicious. The kids can watch them being made and eat them while they are still hot (dipped in sugar or cinnamon). We loved it.
