Normally I'd avoid a restaurant that you have to reserve a table for weeks ahead of time, but I'd heard such good things about Pujol that I gave it a chance. I'm glad I did. Pujol is expensive, and caters to a well heeled clientele...More

Upon arrival to the new pujol, the first thing you see is the fact that they have issues with the city permits, as it sits in a residential upscale neighborhood and the neighbors are obviously not happy about it. The decor is incredible, wood, dark...More

I had been visiting Pujol since I moved to Mexico City. Let's say I had been there three or four times and had never enjoyed the experience as much as I did this last time. My husband decided to invite me and a friend for...More

It's too bad that I had the best meal of my life after a taco tour (and resulting queasiness) the day before. Nonetheless, this is an amazing restaurant. We had the seven course chef's tasting, and the use of indigenous ingredients taken to new heights...More

Pujol is absolutely sublime, every dish on the menu from Enrique Oliver is fantastic. He manages to make traditional dishes seem new while still capturing their essence. I loved the street snacks (a gordita and baby corn with a spicy cream); sea bass with cacahuatzintle...More

There is no doubt that this is a great restaurant, but to me, it did not have the extra edge that would make it an amazing restaurant. Of all the dishes we had, only a few things were somewhat memorable. The flor de calabaza soup,...More

I cannot claim to be a world class gourmand (this is probably the only Michelin restaurant that I have ever been to), but I thought it was a great meal and experience. The baby corn with the ant sauce was our favorite item. The meal...More

I've been to quite a few Michelin star restaurants, but I was more excited than usual to go to Pujol. I did all the right things - booked well in advance, watched the appropriate episode of Chef's table, familiarized myself with the sample menu, read...More

Read the New York Times review and had to go while in Mexico City. Exquisitely appointed restaurant, exceptional service, traditional Oaxaca style food. Classy ending to a beautiful day!

The experience was wonderful. We had the tasting menu and it was wonderful. The standout was the octopus, the mole, and the baby corn. The servers were very attentive and they explained the food beautifully. The restaurant is a little dark for my taste, but...More

Pujol is all about wonderful, hospitable dining. Enrique, himself, was even outside with staff before service began, and was gently welcoming and inviting to us. Wear nice slacks and shirt, with, or without jacket, and... More

Hi, I would like to know how to secure a reservation to Pujol . I booked a flight to and rented an apartment in Mexico City in February, specifically to dine at Pujol. It looks like their online reservation system does not allow to book that far out or is already fully booked. Any advice would be appreciated ! Thank you :)
