The Pujol is a unique experience. Is a place for you to have a wonderful meal and to enjoy the amazing Mexican fusion cuisine. Getting a reservation will be the challenge but its worth the month in advance you need to get a table. Menu...More

We made reservations at Pujol for lunch nearly three months before we went. I can definitely see why you have to book so far in advance. The service was really excellent. My boyfriend is allergic to beans (a problem in Mexico), and our waiter went...More

The service was impecable and lived up to the standards of such a highly rated restaurant. They offer a 6 course meal out of which you have options in 4 of those courses. You don't get to choose the starters and the signature dish (mole...More

We booked Pujol exactly 100 days in advance of our family trip to Mexico City and are so glad we did. The restaurant is aesthetically gorgeous with warm woods and stone in a minimalist but still comfortable style. Every bit of the decor is from...More

I made a reservation more than a month ago for lunch as no dinner reservations were available. We have been to several Michelin star restaurants around the world and have high expectations but standards that I felt were fair to compare Pujol to. 1) service...More

I was looking forward to dining at Pujol and had booked it as far in advance as possible, even flying to Mexico City primarily to eat there. I have to admit that though the evening was good, the staff excellent and most of the food...More

What a lovely experience of interesting, brilliant and delicious food in a beautiful setting and great service, would for sure recommend it even if you've never eaten at that kind of a restaurant.

The food was delicious and artful. The service was impeccable, and even the sound track they had playing in the background was on point. The ambiance is modern but comfortable. Pujol is an experience.

Pujol is all about wonderful, hospitable dining. Enrique, himself, was even outside with staff before service began, and was gently welcoming and inviting to us. Wear nice slacks and shirt, with, or without jacket, and... More

Once again featured on the San Pellegrino list of the "World's 50 Finest Restaurants"—and moving up thirteen spots to number 36—Pujol is Chef Enrique Olvera's extraordinary personal approach to Mexican cuisine, famed for reinvention and ongoing perfectionism, where tradition and contemporary gastronomy live side by side as expressed in culinary techniques both ancient and modern. Using both imagination and delicacy, Olvera recombines Mexico's nearly infinite ingredients and flavors, demonstrating an extraordinary food culture's potential in obsessive detail.
