Went at 1230 expecting lunch. They serve breakfast until 130. Food was good not great. Service was very good. Inside is nice and warm feeling. Hot cocoa was very good although it was 80 degrees outside.

This restaurant is inside a shopping mall. We were here for lunch and it is very busy and chaotic. They serve breakfast until 1pm, and lunch service after that. The breakfast is decent, predictable and likely consistent. Prices reasonable.
