As good or better than Gordon Ramsay! Fantastic presentation and better food. Well done. I would come back the Mexico City for this amazing restaurant!

Had a great experience. Had the tasting menu (which is a surprise so you don't know what's coming) and was amazing. Great staff - Very attentive and despite limited ability with English made us feel really comfortable and looked after.

This place is lovely, dishes prepared with care and the presentation is lovely. It is a small restaurant so it is wise to reserve. From the street it looks more like a bakery; the main deal (maybe, need to try the cakes!) is in the back. We love the fact that we can walk to Jaso but believe me, we... More

Five stars is not sufficient to describe this restaurant. A superb cuisine and a service that makes you feel like home. Thank you!

One of those places that combine fancy, creative food with a simple, down to earth ambiance (it's actually next door to a hardware store) Food was delicious -- and service quite attentive. We didn't get any appetizers , but they brought some anyway Some people say it's not cheap (and it is not), but it is super reasonable when compared... More

I went there couple of times, last one with a large number of friends, in both occasions we ordered the chef creation of the day. In both visits food was delicious and spectacular, menu is composed of around 7 courses. The place is quite small so you could enjoy an intimate environment all over the place, the service is good,... More

The week of New Year found us with very few options in top-tier dining in Mexico City -- favorites such as Pujol and Quintonil were closed. Jaso is a decent restaurant but not in the league of these super stars. We had a nice meal consisting of the December tasting menu -- oddly one of the choices included basically a... More

This restaurant uses the street to park customers car when by law it's required to have a parking lot. By law restaurants are supposed to keep music below 62 decibels while this restaurant has much higher levels when it holds events. People wanting to attend this restaurant should be aware that this restaurant breaks the law and by attending this... More

I just dinned at Jaso and really enjoyed the experience. Great setting, good service and absolutely lovely food. There are some plusses and minusses though. Minus was the young baby crying in the back/first floor (?) for 1 hr of my 1,5 hr stay during this Friday evening. It is great that people have young kids, but it would be... More

Had one of the best meals I ever had in Mexico City. Food is outstanding, original, and very creative, from the appetizers to desserts. Service was excellent and staff addressed all of our special needs and requests. They also had an excellent wine selection. The restaurant's atmosphere is relaxing and elegant. Will definitely return during my next trip to D.F.
