The coffee is great as is the chocolate, but the pastries are fabulous. If you get there early enough you can get your pick of a variety of fresh baked goodness. My favorite is the croissant with chocolate inside.

I decided to try this little location and I'm very happy that I did. I ordered a mocha and it was so darn good!! The server asked what chocolate I wanted (they also sell all types of chocolate bars) and I chose dark chocolate. The mixture was magical!!!!! If you're in Oaxaca, stop by to enjoy good coffee with great... More

We were looking for a place to have breakfast and we found this place. They have delicious bread and coffee with traditional ingredients from Oaxaca. Great service!

My husband and I loved to find this place. We went there every day while our stay in Oaxaca. We didn't want to leave without trying all the chocolate flavors. Our favorites were the Chocolate con Chile Pasilla, Cardamomo and the one with Pimienta Rosa. Please try to taste them all. The best hoy chocolate i've ever tasted.

The coffee in our hotel was undrinkable, so we were delighted to discover The Oaxacan Coffee Company, just down the street. I highly recommend a double-shot latte.

This little coffee shop and café was our first intro into how lovely the people of Oaxaca are. They made us feel right at home and the coffee was fantastic.

We had the blackberry and apple croissants and a chocolate bar. Just OK. I'm sure you can do better.

I've been to 3 Oaxacan cafes now and this is the best for a latte or ground coffee to take home. Small location is nice for a quick drink, larger one is cold and dark but has cool artwork. Don't buy the chocolate unless you use it for a hot choc, it's sickly sweet.
