Tender meat cuts, sausages and spring onions are grilled at your table while the marimba group plays. Tasty salads are offered as well as many regional dishes, like the chipilín soup, made with a wild green vegetable, corn and cheese balls. Tortillas.are hand-made.

Situated close to the Cathedral, this well established restaurant gives you the opportunity to sample excellent traditional local Chiapas cuisine and drink (pox) at slightly above average prices.
