The chef deserves a few Michelin's start ⭐⭐⭐ We loved their prefix menu, the wine list was good and easy to married the dishes. Service was great and ambience is pleasant, romantic, classy, elegant and very very posh. My daughter's kind of place, would be...lovely to have some high tea party for young girls. At the end of the night we got our 12 grapes 🍇 on a sachets ready to toast the new year which was topped with fun awesome music and outdoor dance and fireworks 🎆More

Fantino is easily the best restaurant in Cancun; and ranks with the best restaurants in the world. The filet mignon is 100% the best steak I have ever eaten; the Chef cooked it perfectly. The lamb chops come with braised lamb which is out-of-this-world. For...those who do not eat meat, every pasta and vegetable dish I ate was amazing. You can tell when you eat this food that a tremendous amount of thought and skill went into each dish. You are immediately transported by the flavors to nostalgic moments (every bite reminded me of various places I have traveled around the world). Fantino is a true experience not to be missed. The Chef is very talented and obviously takes great care in constructing the dishes. I was fortunate enough to be able to eat here on Thanksgiving. The Chef prepared the best Thanksgiving meal I have ever eaten---sorry mom----and, I literally cried, the food was so good. In addition to the food, the wait staff is wonderful. This is a must-eat when in Cancun.More

While the setting and experience were great the food and service even better. It is a shame the sun sets so early as you do miss out on a great view overlooking the ocean (so after March to October would have)

An elegant, traditional restaurant with superb food and service. The staff are gracious. The menu is somewhat limited but focused on perfection. Prices are reasonable for the quality offered. The clients are well dressed and well behaved. The atmosphere is a bit old fashioned but...in a charming way and it is definitely a luxurious experience. Highly recommended.More

There are many great reviews on this gem of a restaurant... and they are aptly deserved! If you enjoy the charm, ambiance, and service of "old school" style then look no further. Everything we tasted was an exquisite blend of flavors on the palate. The...pasta appetizers were exceptional; Handmade Garganelli in truffle butter, porcini, tomato, and basil as well as Tortelloni filled with gorgonzola mousse, arugula pesto, and grape tomatoes. Similar was the array of flavors accompanying the filet, especially the parmesan gnocchi. Topping off the evening was the warm fondant (molten) chocolate cake. An exceptional restaurant, with exceptional service and old world ambiance.More

This is a beautiful experience from start to finish. Located in a beautiful ornate room. The ambience would fit with any upscale french restaurant in Paris. The service is wonderful and you can see just how much they care with the presentation and syncing of...staff. The food is very good too. We both enjoyed the soup as an appetizer and as an entree i had the steak and my wife had the catch of the day. Overall highly recommended.More

A beautiful restaurant that has the feel of Europe more than Mexico. Do not let that detour you from enjoying the works of art that are created by the chefs. The dishes that we enjoyed, were full of delicious complexity. If you are looking to...have a fine dining experience and not leave the hotel, then Fontinos will be a great place to look into.More

Based on the Ritz website for the Grill the peso conversion was about $110 per person. But I would inquire with the restaurant directly.
