Wonderful restaurant with great service!

Fantastic!! The manager was very accommodating for our large party and the food was delicious. And has a beautiful view, right on the water.

A marvelous family dinner to celebrate birthdays…

We were a party of 5, celebrating two birthdays. We had the chance to be served by Leonardo and team who provided us an excellent service! The food and the service were excellent! Even the full moon was present! We will certainly go back the...next time we stay in Cancun! Thank you so much Leonardo and all the team!More

Like eating out of a dumpster

AVOID THIS RESTAURANT!!! I am not sure who manages this restaurant, but they should be fired. I am not sure what is considered good customer service, but this is not it. We sat at our table for 30 minutes before our waiter arrived. It probably...took another 15 minutes for the drinks to arrive, which were the only one to arrive (they never came by to check on the drinks again). The meal took another 45 minutes to show up. I ordered their fancy burger. I have never tasted something so disgusting in my life! I took one bite and gagged. I tried putting some ketchup on it, thinking that would improve the taste. NOPE. Just made it taste like trash with ketchup on it. I told the waiter it was terrible, and he didn't seem to care. So I didn't care to leave him a tip. Between the food and customer service, I would choose someplace else.More

Lovely seaside setting

Beautiful setting/fabulous service

Beautiful setting just off the beach, wonder food and service. Wide variety of choices beef, fish, chicken. We are return customers and dine each time we visit Cancun. Drinks a little watered down, but an enjoyable experience.More

Amazing dinner service

Dinner at Sea and Stones was wonderful. The food was the best at this restaurant on the hotel grounds, above the other places. It wasn't amazing food, but the staff, especially Leonardo, is why I gave 4 stars instead of 3. He was so kind...and upbeat. There were easily 3 servers per table. Our drinks were never empty, dirty plates never stayed on the table and you never had to ask for anything because someone was always right there. Wish the food was as good as the service.More

dinner for a family of 8

Absolutely Amazing

We had such an amazing anniversary dinner here. We had a perfect ocean view with excellent live music. Our waiters were the best. Service here is 5 stars. Our food was exemplary. Shrimp, steak, garlic mashed potatoes, all fantastic. They brought us a beautiful cake...to celebrate our occasion. Highly recommend!More

Will be back to see Pedro…

The food was great too! 5 stars and a lot of this is due to the hospitality of our waiter, Pedro. The main restaurant was under renovation (opening in 10 days from this review) so not everything was cooked the as usual and Pedro gave...great recommendations based upon the changes. We came after sunset but will be back later this week to see during the daylight . We are requesting Pedro as our waiter. Almost forgot! My mother-in-law left her purse at the restaurant and we were staying off site. One of the employees ran after us and caught us right as we were watching the bus to return it.More
