Montemar was the best place that we tried at puerto Cancún and I'm sure that one of the best in hotel zone. Our waiter Jorge was always attentive at us and he answered all our concerns. Also headwaiter Saul take cared of us in all...the time. And i don't remember the name of the boy but the waiter assistant was so helpfull too. All food was spectacular. Saul has been the best addition to this restaurant!!! Last time we went the food was amazing but the service didn’t meet our expectations. This time everything was different. We were a party of 11 so I was nervous about the service but decided to...take the chances bc the place is just beautiful and food amazing. Saul came and introduce himself. This place was incredible! Right on the marina waterfront and with amazing ambiance. The decor was beautiful and the service on-point. Had anniversary dinner here with my wife and they even sent us champagne free of charge to celebrate. We ordered all kinds of food...- ranging from beef to seafood and everything in between. The food was delicious and cooked/prepared right at our table side (the beef was, anyway). The prices are reasonable and the staff very friendly and helpful with their suggestions, especially our servers Emilio and Saul. I would come back again if I found myself in the neighborhood.More

First of all the restaurant is beautifully decorated inside and has a spectacular terrace outside. Dining suited for all. The staff is so impressive with service and friendliness. We had the palm salad, cucumber/tomato/feta salad, and empanadas. Followed by steak on the rock and corn....Everything was delicious! They have a diverse menu and reasonable prices. This is a great find in Cancun. I will definitely return.More

Raul- great service , amazing service for 2 nights in a row. Recommend to visit for great wine and food. Steak was excellent, wines from all over the world and the staff were amazing.

We had a great evening at Montemar. Ambience, friendly service and superb tableside preparation of their special beef tenderloin were all above and beyond. We ate at 3 other highly rated restaurants since we have been in Cancun, and this is FAR and AWAY, the...best experience we have had. In addition to the tenderloin, we highly recommend their take on Dulce de Leche... Both decadent and delicious!More

My boyfriend and I had a phenomenal time! Ricardo was amazing, made sure we were taken care of. I have a gluten allergy and he made it his job to make sure I was eating gluten free. Best spot in Cancun.

This is our fourth time in this restaurant. We popped in tonight expecting a good steak and, as always we got so much more. Service was perfectly on point without being pushy and the food was amazing. Jose was attentive and we never had an...empty glass. Ricardo made sure our dinner was perfect. Given that it’s late January, temperatures have dropped and I was ill-prepared for the chilly breeze. They gave me a shawl to wear while we ate. Henry our server was incredible and provided timely and friendly service. Food was also excellent and ambiance was very pleasant. Will absolutely recommend to friends and family.

Deser and Ricardo were the best servers we had here in Cancun. We were served quickly and they were always attentive to what we need. Restrooms was nice and clean too. Food was affordable and the appetizers are plenty enough to share.

Shout out to Ricardo and Deser for going above and beyond as our servers. Food was great too!I ordered the guacamole which is the best that I have tasted even the clam chowder is bomb!

Ricardo and Deser are really nice, they are very observant and attentive. The food was awesome considering the price. The place has such a good ambiance.
