We were originally recommended to go to the Surfin Burrito across the street, but ended up at Chachalagos because the place was packed. That said, Chachalagos didn’t disappoint! We ordered 6 tacos, a beer, flan, and horchata (highly recommend) and our bill was ~$19USD, which...seemed quite reasonable. The food came out hot and were some of the best tacos we got while in Mexico. Most notably was how fast and attentive the service was. Ivan, our waiter, took great care of us! I would leave zero stars if I could. The food is mediocre for the price and to make it even worse it is not even close to authentic. You should not call yourself a Mexican. Tourist be careful the staff over charge us. They add...a service charge of over 22% in the final bill, however they placed a stamp " Gratuities not included " - Avoid at all cost this location. Go to the supermarket and enjoy wine, ceviche, lechon, salmon, etc - Great food in the supermarket over looking the lagoon.More

I sat there for 45 minutes with some rude waitress going back and forth to the kitchen telling me they do not have what is on the menu. The whole ordeal was very infuriating and being treated like this is unacceptable. I wouldn’t bring my...children here. It looks fine, but the food is truly mid (image attached) if you want to eat good don’t go here. I travel all around the world and I know food pretty good! Con la famila estaba muy bien, muy rico! Really good food, the arabe style plate and guagamole/ tosdada was really good. Also has good pina cadas and desert (platano con dulce de leche)!

It was crowded and we were luck to have gotten a table. At the time of ordering they didn't have lots of foods from the menu. No vegetarian option available and the only food I ate it was very salty. From a group of 4...only one person had a meal. So, no returning and not recommending.More

A great little restaurant just up the road from the condo we are staying at. The service is great, Rubi is a great server and the Pastor tacos are amazing! The margaritas are actually really well done and the Michelada was also very good.

I ate there last weekend and can't stop thinking about the chorizo wrapped in crispy cheese. One of the best things I've ever eaten in my life. Rafa was a great waiter and really made me laugh. It was almost like I wasn't dining alone!

Loved this place! We were staying at the Four Points Sheraton before our flight back home and were really happy w our choice to eat our last meal in Mexico here. The food was amazing and even better the employees super kind and welcoming despite...our limited Spanish. Fear not you can scan the menu in English if need be. Hubby had the bean soup and I had their signature tacos Al pastor (pork w pineapple) and queso fondito (melted cheese) w mushrooms. We also tried the dessert which was sautéed plantain w a Carmel sauce. Really terrific. Price could not be beat. Highly recommend!More

Really good food.. authentic Great place to get a beer and some tacos. Green sauce is has good mild flavor with a sought kick. Perfect if you don't eat a lot of hot.

Delicious cheap tacos! Spent 250 pesos on dinner for both of us. Four tacos each. Al pastor and steak were great Beware! Salsas are Spicy 🥵 Staff was super nice
