My friend and I enjoyed a truly superb dinner at Peter’s. The restaurant is small, comfortable - with a sophisticated vibe. The staff was notably welcoming, warm and engaging. Collectively we ordered the salad with blue cheese, the seafood bouillabaisse, the chicken poblano and the...grouper special. Each dish was masterfully prepared and beautifully presented. Peter greeted us following at the conclusion of our dinner. It is clear that each dish is individually prepared with creativity and great skill. I've been to Peter's three times now and each time I've had the tamarind glazed ribs with spicy mashed potatoes and fresh veggies. If that doesn't sound mouth watering then maybe the chocolate mouse will do the trick! O.M.G. SO. DANG. DIVINE! It has an...intimate atmosphere and Peter comes to greet you personally at the table. Peter’s continues to be my favorite stop of all our dinner locations. I cannot get enough of the Poblano chicken breast! The chicken stuffed with shrimp and the sauce was FANTASTIC. We also enjoyed beverages and the others loved their food as well. I joke...that I wish Peter would bottle the poblano sauce to sell and my uncle says he wants a Peter’s tshirt (2XL) each time we go. My brother and I had Claudia salad. So fresh with greens, arugula, toasted sesame seeds, blue cheese, dried cranberries and best of all an out of this world raspberry vinegarette! Peter and his wife Claudia were wonderful hosts and their staff were very friendly.

We always feel at home here. I love veggies and Peter always includes many with his dishes. The salads, seafood dishes, veal, and yummy deserts never disappoint. We do look forward to our return visits!

I'd go back anytime. We had an awesome meal. It's a small place so you will need a reservation but it's definitely worth the effort to plan ahead.
