Great food and nice service. Very reasonable prices. We went there twice in three days. As for the service, the waiters may not appear as enthusiastic as American waiters but I guess it was just a different way to express emotions, which very much depended...on how service workers were trained, how customers perceive good services, etc. At least, we didn't feel uncomfortable or have any problems previous reviews mentioned. It was not a super-fast (but NOT slow at all) service, but the context is important: it is not fast food; everything should be cooked. Plus, we are on vacation and not hurry. It is also a very quiet place, which is rare in the hotel zone.More

Natura remains one of our go-to restaurant in Cancun. It is family run, with very good food, an a very nice menu which contains a good number of vegetarian offering. I love their grilled chicken (Pollo Mexicano) with cactus salad & guacamole, their Camarones Caribenos...(shrimp, rice, veggies served in a pineapple), their amazing mole; this was the first place I ever tried mole and it is still fabulous even though I’ve tried it at other Mexican restaurants in Mexico & the US. My husband’s favorite is the Fish with Almonds (lots of sautéed almonds) served with veggies (so often, we don’t get veggies while eating at various restaurants in Mexico…so great for Natura to serve large portions of veggies (and everything else!. They have good and reasonably wine, but I also enjoy their large variety of smoothies. Because this is a family run restaurant, occasional service can be a little slow but they have free wifi, cute ambiance, so relax & enjoy especially when they are busy! We didn’t go for breakfast this past trip, but they also have an excellent breakfast.More

We went to this restaurant specifically because it says it serves Natural food. So we went in, we were sat and waited for about 20 minutes. Then, a guy came in (waitress) and said that they were closed. When I asked why you led us...in, sat us, gave us menus? He was not able to answer. We were left hanging. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I do not recommend this place at all, because it is not just about the food, but the experience as was well.More

Very slow, servers act like you are not there. Little flavor to food. I wouldn't want to eat there for free. Chips were thick and stale.

What a great find!!! In an area full of huge hotels we found just what we were looking for. A cute cafe with an outdoor terrace serving healthy, tasty and very reasonably priced food. We read previous reviews saying that the service was really slow....We found the service very efficient and friendly. Came here every morning for breakfast from the beach. Highly recommendMore

Staff doesn't seem to give AF, waited 10 minutes to be greeted after we were sat and another THIRTY just to get chips and guac?!? Literally didn't eat a bite within 40 minutes of arriving when they weren't busy at all at 2:00pm....other guests were...saying the same thing under their breaths. The server just disappeared completely. Salad tasted like it was washed in bleach. Spend your time and money somewhere else.More

3 weeks here and finally had our 2nd better flavorful meals! They have perfected the ‘Mole’ sauce, enough nuttiness with good balance of chocolate etc. The shrimp pineapple rice was alright, shrimps cooked well but rice could have better flavor. Mixed ceviche was good and...good juices. We have eaten out for 19 days, this and El Granero Grill are our 2 favorite.More

We were fortunate enough to have this place be a 3 minute walk from where we stayed (Carisa y Palma). It was recommended to us by our AirBnb host and he was SO right! We ate a filling breakfast with one drink (great portions) for...a steal of $12 USD total for my boyfriend and I. They have a lot of variety for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You cannot go wrong with this place. Staff was very friendly and attentive. We came here for 4-5 meals during our 5 day stay (yes, it was that good and convenient).More
