A little natural gem in this urban zone of massive all-inclusive hotels. Opposite the street from The Mayan Monkey Hostel (another place I do recommend). The service is attentive and personal. I've had the guacamole for 3 days straight now. And it's still amazing. But...I recommend you to replace the nachos chips with soft tortillas. They are warm and very artisanal (definitely home made). With some onions and tomatoes and a habanero salsa on top, you're all set. The frozen margaritas are also good. An interesting blend of sweet and salt. And they don't skimp in the Tequila...More

I wish I could give a higher rating. The coffee isn't good. I expected a better quality brew. If the coffee in my hotel next door was decent, I thought it would be even better at Natura. I asked for an egg croissant. The bean...filling was scarce. The egg needed salt. There was no salt on the table thlugh I understand that due to Covid they don't have it on the table. The croissant itself wasn't flaky. It's basically a bread in the shape of a crescent. I noticed a waitress clean the table after customers had left. Wasn't she supposed to clean the chairs too? I left disappointed.More

It’s very difficult to manage the birds in an outdoor dining situation here in Cancun, and this restaurant is especially challenged because of the natural canopy of their outdoor patio. It can look and feel very unclean because of the birds and the evidence of...the birds, even when they are not present. We should absolutely learn to speak better Spanish, but if you are, like us, at a still basic level, this might not be the place for you. The servers don’t translate as well as most other restaurants. I assume it was an honest mistake but the difficulty communicating resulting in our two top, getting 4 breakfast plates and the result was the most expensive breakfast we have had in Cancun. We were disappointed, obviously. However, they have amazing guacamole, very fresh and served with interesting sauces and a whole grilled/pickled pepper, fabulous! The people are nice and the pancakes are fluffy. The food is good enough to be worth a visit, just be careful when you order.More

We were told to come here by our hotel. We walked up and sat down and it was all very pleasant. We had some beers while we waited for our dinner. While we were sitting there one of the waiters was pointing at us and...saying something to the staff next door at the Surfing Burrito. When they brought out their food he walked over and tapped one of them and pointed at us. Then when the person I was with bit into the burrito they all burst out laughing and were making gagging gestures. We still have no idea what they did to the burrito or why we were targeted maybe because we are a gay couple. I dont know. But it was a really awful thing to experience and we had done nothing but be really friendly. Can't ever recommend.More

To say this experience was horrendous would be an understatement. Firstly, the beers we got served were warm, the guacamole and chips (which took 25 minutes) was flavourless, had gross brown bits in it and looked like it had been dropped from a great height....We waited an eager anticipation for another 30 minutes for the mains course which looked like a giant bowl of green dinasour snot from the curdled cheese and some sort of watery green tomato concoction. I asked for sour cream which was delivered to me after I had finished my meal. Then, I had to ask twice for the bill as my first request was ignored. Lastly, When it came time to pay, not wanting to leave a tip at all for the terrible food and service, the waiter chucked a tantrum over the tip not being good enough ( we didn’t want to leave one at all). Overall, this place was overpriced, disgusting, had terrible service and it absolutely ruined our day. Do not go here it sucks!More

We stopped by for dinner as we were walking one evening. The service was good, the food was above average. There were many things to choose from. The atmosphere is good. There is a loud bar next-door and a hostel upstairs
