This was my first stay at a Palace Resort, and I've stayed at numerous all-inclusive resorts previously, including the Reserve at Paradisus in Punta Cana and Cabo. The service, food selection, food quality, and activities were top-notch and we will be back. I loved the...variety at Bugambilas buffet, including excellent Indian food and ceviche. Jorge Baas at Bugambilas was wonderful, kind, and attentive, and got to know our children's names over the course of our 6-night stay. Here are my comments on COVID-19. Staff protocol, cleaning, masking etc was impeccable. NOT ONCE did I see a staff member not wearing a mask, or wearing it improperly. Overall, we loved our time at Moon Palace and will be visiting either the Grand in the future or another Palace Resort based on the service and quality offered.More

Excellent breakfast, amazing service

The breakfast here is excellent. Such a wide variety and fresh made to order omelets/ Eggs Benedict / breakfast burrito or whatever you desire. We came here every morning during our 11 night stay at Moon Palace Sunrise. The service is top notch! Kids love it as an after dinner snack

The options are varied and my kids always find great things to try. The Nutella crepes are a family favorite!

The food is okay but the service

The food is okay but the service is top notch. These people make you feel appreciated. Edwin & Leiver and Chef Christian will take care of you. The manager Iram was great too. Top notch service.

Dinner

We had the opportunity to visit this restaurant twice on our 5 day trip. The food was great but the service was amazing. Tonight is our last night and they made it amazing!!! Thank you to Edwin and Leiver for your amazing service! Thank you...to Chef Christian for the awesome meal especially prepared for us. Great Service

Hecner was an INCREDIBLE server! He was very attentive and always watched for us. He remembered us each day. In the past I haven’t been impressed with the service during the buffets, by this trip was different. Rafael was also great.

Best Breakfast at the resort!

We love that they have have made to order items as well as buffet ready items. Breakfast and dinner type items on the buffet with lots of salads, fruit, pastries, and made to order juice bar. It is the one place where everyone in your...group can eat and leave very happy! We visiting in Dec 2019. They have been closed but I wanted to post as they will be reopening in Nov.More
