Amazing service and food!

The atmosphere at this buffet is amazing! There’s three different meals each day offered at different times of the day in the all inclusive package. The breakfast comes with a variety of option American or Mexican, such as waffles, quesadillas, French toast, sliced fruit, bagels, etc. The waiters are extremely nice so be mindful to leave a tip for their service of providing you plentiful of drinks and great hospitality.

We stayed at Emporio Late July with some couple friends. All staff from concierge to room service to staff in all the restaurants were so friendly Wilson was so attentive for some of our meals , Sinai was so friendly, we were also very impressed with Manuel , in reality we loved every one who waited on us . Food was excellent at Cua and the freshest food I’ve had in any resort. Would definitely come back and recommend.

We ate at this buffet 4 times. Twice for brunch and twice for dinner. The food was always very tasty for example the cocinita pibil tacos and barbacoa tacos. The salsas to accompany were nice and spicy and also mild. The desserts were always varying for dinner time and delectable. I loved their fresh fruit in the morning time and fresh eggs to your liking. In terms of the waiters, they are very attentive to your needs. They bring you whatever fresh fruit juice/water they have and allow you to try all their flavors. Our waiter on our final night was Eriberto he was very nice and detil oriented. I highly suggest at least getting the breakfast included for this hotel just so that you can experience the food here at Cua.

I would recommend this restaurant at the hotel Emporio. The Food was excellent. The treatment by all the staff was very proffesional, friendly, atentative and were on point. The supervisor Gabriel Alvarez approached our table to make sure that we were well taken care off by his staff, the waiter for that evening was Carlos Torres. With Covid19 i was very satisfied that only the employees will serve the food this way all individuals don't touch the spoons to self-serve. Very cleaned. Everyday had different menu and fresh juice fruits and pan caliente, hot bread croissant were so delightful. The dessert were very tasteful. All food look very appetizing that makes you want to try it. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Went here for breakfast. We chose to order from the menu instead of buffet. 1 1/2 hours later, no food. 3 different waiters and finally they brought us food that we didn’t order (We ate it anyway) They seem nice but very unorganized

Amazing service and attention!

The hotel staff goes above and beyond, Gonzalo in the beach incredible work ethic, even if the beach is busy he gets the job done. We didn’t have to wait for anything, he was always ready drinks and food. At the pool bar Cristina was fantastic, so cordial and polite, and the service was top notch. Edgar, Mercedes, Manuel, Ramon and Maria Jose at the restaurants and pool area were phenomenal, always attentive, offering options and with the greats smile. We will definitely recommend this hotel, because of the staff it makes your stay a pleasurable experience.

I would say I enjoyed the food if I got to taste it!

First day in Cancun me and my wife decided to eat in the hotel at the restaurant Cua thinking it would be great. We went down to the restraunt, and the front of house sat me and my wife down. We got up and got a plate of food. I then got up again (this is a buffett style restaurant) to get another food item. We sat down, and one of the waiters (name unknown/male) looked straight at me and was talking to his colleague (female) about me. The way I know this is because as he was talking to her she slyey turned round but I caught and they both ran off. Another male colleague came over (who knew the situation) and looked at me and then looked away. This made me absolutely angry. Who the hell pays for £40 worth of food to get fun made off. I went to straight to the front of house who apologied and said this could be the Mexican culture (he was Italian). This is not true as I ate in various restaurants over my stay that did not do this childish behaviour. He directed me to go to the reception at the front of the hotel. After telling them that I am upset angry and absolutely shocked they apologied and offered me a complimentary dinner at another one of their restraunts for the next day to which I refused. She told me she will talk to management but never heard from anyone throughtout my stay. I would like to compensated but I know nothing will happen. I am Indian I do believe this is a racial matter. Please do not eat here!!!!!!! The staff require a vast amount of training. I offered to pay for our meal but they scrapped the payment alothough I never ate anything. I would never come back from this hotel. As the breakfast is served in the same restaurant I was very vary to come back throughout my week. Thank you for ruining my trip Cau! Again I would not reccomend this awful dinner restraunt its staff apart from the Italian host.

Great Service and Attention

My husband and I have been visiting Cancun for a while now. This is our fourth visit but our first visit to this hotel. We always appreciate when we are treated like we are in our home country and this resort gets an A+ from us. We specially want to thank Gonzalo, Mercedes, Yahir, Cristina, Ramon, Gabriela, MariFer, the staff at Baccolli restaurant, the staff at Legacy bar all so incredibly warm and attentive to our needs. Thank you all for making us forget about work and focus more on relaxing and enjoying our stay. We take a piece of Gonzalo and his story with us ♥️💪🏼 Great job guys! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Love this place. Food was good everyday, view was awesome, and the staff was very friendly and always checked to make sure everything was to our liking. They took all the proper safety precautions as all employees were wearing masks and required all entering to sanitize hands and take temperature. Me and my wife had a great time.

Me and my spouse had a great experience at Cua restaurant during our visit in Cancun. Especially the service of Carlos Dzul was very pleasant and we felt like he genuinly cared for our needs and wanted us to enjoy our time there. He even served us extra milk every morning in our coffees without asking (on the first morning we requested an extra cup so he remembered). He really left us a good feeling and it was always nice to go to breakfast as we knew that we were gonna get a nice welcome! Overall the restaurant was good, on some of the days essential things like cheese, breakfast buns and butter ran out but then however the spot where they made omelettes was great :). Also we liked the music! I would definitely recommend this restaurant for anyone visiting hotel Emporio Cancun and this restaurant!

Very solid buffet style food

I did have a low expectation when I learned that our hotel room comes with daily breakfast buffet. I was totally wrong. Unlike other hotels' breakfast usually bland, safe option to cater old tourists, this place is full of flavor and character. Everything on buffet line is very delicious and you can also have made to order omelet and other nice Mexican snacks. I couldn't find any fault after breakfast here for 4 days. Another powerful weapon (as many other reviewers mentioned), staffs are very helpful, attentive and giving first class service with a smile. Hotel emporio is blessed with 2 restaurants on site are in tripadvisor's top 10 list. Overall quality and good value food it used to be in Cancun is declining but I will not complain much as we had horrible dinner just outside the hotel at Xkat - IK.

AMAZING SERVICE

Mercedes and Edwin have truely made our stay fantastic. There service by the pool was very personal and super friendly. The pool menu is a great price and selection of foods I couldn’t recommended it enough. If you get served by Mercedes or Edwin you’ll have a great experience, all the staff have been extremely helpful. I highly recommend a frozen Margarita as they are delicious.

I enjoyed and appreciate Antonio Olvera and Deysi Delgadillo service, as well as others. They work so hard and give you the best attention. The food was international so you can eat different varieties each day. I appreciate the service and the connection we made with this people.

Excellent Hotel, Great Service, & Good Food Quality

My family and I got the all inclusive included. Deysi Delgadillo was a very attentive server every day that we came in to have breakfast. Alma who is another server for dinner time was also very attentive. Overall I’m very satisfied, food was great & staff was friendly. I will be booking my future trips at this hotel.
