Visited for the first time it was a great experience our waiter Mario and Ricardo were very attentive

Run, don’t walk, to Nicoletta, Cancun!!

From the moment we stepped into the black-marbled-floor elevator to ascend to Nicoletta, the atmosphere was inviting. We entered onto the third floor splendor of Italia, with ceiling gardens overlooking the Mexican Niputche lagoon. Replicas of Roman gardens, Firenze David and beach wood furniture permeate...the entrance dining room. A rear terrace room houses open windows and a spectacular resident DJ. Cocktails are made table side by a roving mixologist. We sipped on an Aperol Spritz, vodka cocktails, and the mixologist added dry ice to add just the right smokey touch. What a presentation!! A server begins the culinary experience with fresh breads, while mixing the perfect accompanying dipping oil with tiny fresh-cut plant leaves. We shared a Caesar for three, with homemade dressing coating each leaf of romaine. We indulged on the most incredible fettuccine Alfredo, again prepared table side in a cheese wheel…simply rich. We added grilled lobster done to perfection! We also shared a delightful 25 layer lasagna. (Paper thin pasta layers filled with ricotta, scamutz and fire roasted “gravy”…Wow!!) We ended our meal with a complimentary Tree of Truffle surprise chocolate after passing on dessert (so full!). We experienced impeccable service from Ivan and Jonathan. Nicoletta has it all in terms of ambience, service, delicious food and fabulous adult beverages! We gave it 5 stars and will definitely return!More

Great restaurant and amazing food and amazing service and ambience

This is a very fancy and also kid friendly restaurant. I love how boho and amazing the entrance was. Our waiter Adrian did a great job attending and also customized my food as per our needs. I loved how fancy entry the tiramisu was! Didn’t...expect that.More

Try this new spot!

Nicoletta is fantastic Italian food. We had calamari, beet salad, paperdelle salmon, black ravioli with cream sauce and several other pastas. Diego and Angel were fantastic! Great service. Also, their mixologist was amazing. We all had a hibiscus tequila special

Thanksgiving 2023

Such an excellent experience dining at Nicoletta’s. We have been coming to Cancun for many years and finally decided to try Nicoletta’s. The food was superb, but our wait staff of Mario and Ricardo were truly exceptional. A must when you are in Cancun! You...can’t go wrongMore

I just love Nicoletta !!! This is my second time dining here and it was great once again. You can not beat this sunset dinner. 6:00 was the perfect time to watch the sunset as we enjoyed dinner. Mario and Memo were fantastic. They were...very informative and their service was top tier. The food was amazing…we had the table side pasta with shrimp and the plank salmon. The pasta was everything and the salmon was amazing. Service, ambiance, and taste 10/10More

Very good flavor and presentation! The restaurant itself has a very pretty and unique aesthetic which is fun!

Nicoletta Cancun is simply fantastic! One of our top 5 best dining experiences and by far the most affordable of our top 5. I applaud the management and the entire staff for a job well done! Simply fantastic barista-inspired cocktails, the black truffle baratta, and...tuna carpaccio appetizers were delicious, and our main courses were superb. The presentation of the 24K gold tiramisu was unexpected, unique, and most appropriately described as sublime. Our waiter, Eric, and his colleague, Ricardo, were outstanding! Genuinely fantastic service from start to finish!
