Coming from the U.S I thought I had my favorite spots to go. The atmosphere was beautiful!!!! We lucky enough to be their when they have 3 mini shows. When I mean that the chef has amazing taste I mean it! I’ve never had anything as good over the states. The way the dishes combine color, taste, and texture just amazes my taste buds. Ingredients I wouldn’t buy at the grocery store were used here and I was hesitant lol but I’m always open to trying and I’m glad I did! Mario, Daniel, and the whole staff including the lady that greets you were
So nice and made you feel like family! We had to come twice because I couldn’t leave Cancun not tasting this amazing menu one last time! Mario and Daniel were so attentive we honestly felt like a 1000bucks and brought out 90% of the menu to us. We were able to meet the chefs assistant and he was so nice and polite. The fried ice cream tempura was my favorite desert. Their is not one thing I wouldn’t recommend. Every dish is special and amazing! Oasis is very luck to have this restaurant in their resort!

Server Daniel was on point. Ready to assist at the first glance up from the table. Allan was making custom special sushi based on what I had ordered half way through the experience. Everything was supurb.

This was the best restaurant that we have been to at the Pyramid. The drinks were the best and so was the food. The atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for a fun and romantic dinner out for our honeymoon vacation. All the servers were so so nice and attentive. Mario made our hibachi experience so fun and put in a great show and the food was absolutely delicious. He was the best! Daniel provided top-notch service as well. We can’t wait to go back! Thank you Mario and Daniel for an amazing experience!

My family and I had our Christmas dinner here and both the service and menu were incredible. We were served by Daniel who was very attentive and explained every item on the menu. The food was excellently made and each dish was beautifully unique. Sakura gave us a wonderful Christmas memory that we will look back on fondly.

Our waiter (Mario) was so fun and friendly and made helpful suggestions. Everything was delicious. The chef happily accommodated my request to make some of the specialty rolls with no fish but the rest of the fun stuff. It was a nice surprise to have some of the cabaret dancers stop by and put on some short performances while we ate. Five stars! One of the Top 10 Japanese meals in my life!

We met Daniel at Sakura on our first night in Cancun. I’ve already tried convincing him to come to Boston. He was great explaining the menu and was the greatest person we’ve met here in the resort. Anyone who is lucky to meet Daniel at Sakura will have the greatest vacation like us. Love Chris and aika.

Daniel provided exceptional advice on the menu selection, including dish combinations, and remained attentive throughout our meal. The apple pie was particularly delightful. Although we only caught a glimpse of the violinist's performance, what we saw was thoroughly enjoyable.

It is excellent for a night out, as a couple, friends, family or even alone. The food is delicious 10/10 everything I ate. But what stands out the most is the excellent attention of José and the chef Antonio Moraoka. Being pregnant and unable to eat certain foods, they prepared a special sushi for me, and they took care of every detail. I recommend 100% that you go.

This place is amazing. We arrived at The Pyramid and concierge arranged our restaurant bookings and this one was one of our favourites. A huge thank you to Daniel he made it very special for us. He is so welcoming and explained every dish and looked after us. My partners birthday was celebrated too. Every dish that we had was delicious and well presented. The entertainment was outstanding. Order 4 dishes per person since they are small. Everything is spectacular: the tempurized Tokyo maki was the tastiest thing I've eaten in a long time.
As for the atmosphere, there were live musicians, first a saxophonist and then a violinist who brought all the vibes and generated a great atmosphere.
Finally, Daniel's attention crowned the experience to make it excellent. He was very attentive, kind and knew how to advise us in the best way.

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Sakura restaurant. Our server Anahi told us about a special entrée comprising of their favorite dishes all in one to share between my wife and I. The meal was delicious. We also, appreciated Anahi knowledge and experience describing the various dishes. We received outstanding service appreciated entertainment during our meal.

Best meal, experience and service! Our server Jose completely looked after our party of 5 all with different food allergies and requirements with sincere and thorough food placement and descriptions and took the time to tell us what each person could eat and not eat. This place is excellent for a dinner that I guarantee will be delicious!
From entering the restaurant with the attention provided, the service, the friendliness, etc.
Dinner had minimal wait time and in the meantime, we enjoyed a dance show and a saxophone show which was the best experience.
The cochinita pibil baos are confidently recommended and don't leave without trying the chocolate cake dessert, you will appreciate it!
