They are scammers... watch out what is on your bills... they add on bills what you dont have and also add tips... we had 4 drinks each for 165$... we pay more then 1000$ 🤣... best way is avoid that restaurant

The food was mediocre at best, the tortillas did not taste particularly fresh and my fajitas were the worst I’ve had in Cancun. What was really inexcusable is that the waiter brought the bill with 20% service added already without my permission. I complained and...insisted he change it. The food is much better at the Westin LagunaMar Viento restaurant across the road which is more upmarket and not more expensive.More

We have been served two years in a row by Ricardo and he is so funny, caring and he makes you feel like family. We are going to come back here every year to find him and be served delicious food.

I’m really puzzled how this place has so many 4 and 5 star reviews. Maybe we caught them on a bad night? We have two toddlers and they were quick to set us up in high chairs and give them some crackers but it went...downhill from there. We used a coupon for a free margarita - it tasted watered down. We ordered 4 meals and waited a very long time. The fettuccini Alfredo came out first and was cold long before the other meals arrived (it wasn’t very good either) We also ordered coconut shrimp and fajitas both of which we have had much better at other restaurants. When the waiter came over to run our credit card, he automatically added 20% tip without asking. Normally I wouldn’t have minded but in this instance didn’t think it was deserved.More
