My girlfriend and I stayed at the Aloft and came to Tacos rigo the first night because it was directly next to our hotel. We were surprised by how fantastic and reasonably priced the food was and ended up coming 5 more times during our 2 week vacation! They accept credit card including my AMEX, which not all places do. Highly recommend the tacos and we also enjoyed the mole enchiladas.

Amazing cheap tacos across the street from our resort hotel! They’re open late too. I swear I’ll eat two meals a day here! I had tacos pastor con queso. They serve with exceptional hot sauce, and a side of pineapple, cilantro, and onions, so you can garnish it up.

My partner and I were here during our visit to Cancun, because our tour guide from the day before recommended us here (we specifically asked for lengua and tripa tacos). Since it was our last night in Cancun and we stayed in an all-inclusive, our initial plan was to have one taco each and then head back to our resort for dinner... which did not end up as we planned. We had to order more because it was so good! Loved that they give you plenty of radish, love how the meat was cooked (esp. tripa!!!). Wish we visited this place sooner, but oh well. Another reason to visit back.

We went here for the reasonable prices, and we shopped frequently at Chedraui right across the street while on vacation. We ordered queso and that was forgotten by the waitress, but left off of the bill. My son had the red chicken enchiladas, they were pretty good. My other son had the beef quesadillas, which were also good. The fajita beef pizza was not good. It was very similar to something you would find in the freezer section at Wal Mart. It would have been MUCH BETTER if they didn't use a pizza sauce and used their own red or green sauce instead. Their sauces were good and spicy. The smaller sized pizza is large enough to feed 2 or 3. It did have a lot of cilantro on it, which is a plus. They also provide radish slices and lime :) My daughter had french fries, and she was very pleased. The horchata was decent but not the best I have had. They food is affordable and the service was decent as well. I wish we would have had the tacos, as the restaurant name suggests, instead.

If you are looking for a cheaper option in the hotel zone this is the place. I wasn't blown away by the tacos, portions are even smaller than the usual street tacos and the flavor just wasn't great. We got pastor and I could hardly tell there was any pineapple on it. I did note that they added a tip to the bill which makes it look like you do have to pay it, it was like $1 so I didn't feel it was worth an argument. They have signs posted in the restaurant that say if a waiter demands a tip your food is free so clearly it's an issue at this establishment. We were in Cancun for a week and didn't feel the need to go back for more tacos here. It also took a long time to get 5 pastor tacos, and only 1 other table of 2 when we were there, but plenty of workers.

I come here every time I come to Cancun, they are my favorite. The service is great, and the food is amazing. I have NEVER had a bad experience here!
Go for the TACOS AL PASTOR, they are so delicious. Prices are not tourist prices, always a lot of locals here!

Came here for a late night snack and left very happy. Our waiter, Hugo, was very helpful and made excellent recommendations. I love that you can order smaller items to sample more things. Everything my girlfriend and I tried was amazing. High quality for a very fair price.

Small tacos. We tried a bunch of different tacos. It's cheap. It was just okay. Nothing was good. There are some reasonable places with delicious food. This was not one of them. Poor quality in all meat. We won't be back.

This place may be one my favorite restaurants in the whole world. Amazing tacos, enchiladas (literally everything on the menu was great!!) I came here 6 nights in a row because it was just that good!! Very affordable and a great effect atmosphere, all the staff was super friendly and helpful and I will be back for sure next time I am in Cancun!
Good food, cheap beer, great time, will recommend to anyone I know going to Cancun!
El pastor tacos were my favorite!
It’s also open late every night!

My wife and I stayed at the RIU CARIBE and we were craving some authentic tacos. Called up tacos Rigo and asked if they were able to deliver and the answer was YES! They delivered to our hotel in a timely manner (20-30 min). Tacos were AWESOME! Thank you TACOS RIGO! Excellent service, excellent delivery, and excellent pricing. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

Outdoor seating in a small plaza. Good menu and service. Portions were large! We tried nachos and quesadillas. Both were very good. This was a nice find. Casual, good food and inexpensive!
